It’s a nice family hotel with a good location. The area around is full of cozy restaurants and bars! We booked Double Room with Sea View and the view was spectacular… especially in the morning!!! The staff were very friendly and welcoming to us, and always willing to help. By the time we arrived, we had our room already equipped with a baby crib. Also, because we came late and had to put our baby to sleep, we weren’t able to go and have a dinner, but the staff managed to help us with that providing a room service in a very quick manner! The parking is available on site.

Even though the parking is available you have to pay extra. The breakfast was good, but it would be nice to have a different options at least every couple of days:)

The location is superb. The views from the terrace, pool area and outdoor area are stunning. Very quiet and peaceful both during the day and at night. Walk to the beach, shops, bars, restaurants etc no more than 3 mins away. Only about 30 to 40 min by taxi from Olbia airport. The staff were warm, helpful and friendly. One staff member in particular, Ricardo went above and beyond to extent himself, a valued staff member I would imagine. Lots of different areas to sit outside to enjoy and relax. Our room was spacious and clean. Very large comfortable bed, small fridge and WiFi was strong. Towels were provided for the pool and anything you needed was no problem. The beach is tranquil and so beautiful. A gem of a location ✨️ 💛

We found the breakfast was basic and maybe needs improvement. So not to our preference but others seemed to enjoy it.

Lets begin from the time we checked in, Filippo at the front desk was amazing, helpful and professional. He made sure that our stay from the start till the end was well perfect. He gave all the much needed information about Baja Sardinia as a whole and important tips about Porto Cervo. For us Filippo would be the star employee of Punta Est. I would also like to mention Bartender Ricardo at the pool bar who does amazing cocktails by making sure it is to our liking. We thoroughly enjoyed every cocktail he curated for us. The property is right next to the most pristine beach and many beautiful restaurants and bars. While taxis are expensive in this region, Hotel Punta Est was located in such an amazing location where we just walked to the most famous beach club Phi beach (18 mins walk) and Rituals Club (around 15 mins walk). There is a grocery close by which again allowed us to stock up snacks when needed. There is a information desk close by too where Valerie was of great help. The room view was mesmerizing with giant granitoid rocks and sea view around the corner. Rooms were spacious, airy and well lit. I would say this property looks even more better than the pictures on Booking.com. We were really amazed with our stay and would go here again if in Baja Sardinia.

Great hotel with a very relaxing vibe. We stayed here for 5 nights in a room with a direct view to the sea. The staff was very friendly and they cleaned the room everyday. The biggest plus was the location, the cleanliness of the rooms, the pool and the overall relaxed atmosphere. We also enjoyed the breakfast and the hotel was not too busy in the beginning of September when we visited. When going to the beach we could just leave our keys at the reception and in the mornings we enjoyed the nice pool which had a great temperature to swim too.

The beds were a bit hard but it wasn’t a big problem. Overall really not much to complain about 🙂

Baja Sardinia is a great town for staying near the Costa Smerlda. The hotel is located a short walk down to the beach and easy access to all areas nearby. The room had great storage and a nice balcony. Breakfast had nice choices and the staff were helpful and kind. The pool was nice and a perfect place to hang out after a day in the sun!

The AC was okay and while others have said it didn’t work, we didn’t have any issues. The shower was small but great water pressure!

Hotel Punta Est is a very welcoming place. it's location is superb, with just a 200 meter walk to the Cala Battistoni Beach, and all the amenities, bars and restaurants in Baja Sardinia. The Hotel is very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good, with a varied selection of food to choose from, with excellent service from the staff. We had a hired car that we were able to park in the Hotel grounds, at no cost to us. I would definitely recommend this Hotel for anyone looking for a very comfortable, intimate place, with good staff and a prime location.

Breakfast was amazing and all the staff helping were very friendly and helpful with our children. The hotel is really lovely. A very good sized pool and great location to the beach. The ocean view rooms are wonderful especially from the 2nd level and up.

Unfortunately the family room we had booked was given to another family so we were given ocean view rooms instead. This was nice though as a family I would recommend phoning ahead and confirming if you have little ones and want to make sure you are all together.

The initial mix-up with rooms was rectified very quickly and painlessly, everyone we encountered from the reception, to the bar, breakfast area and cleaners were more than helpful and friendly apart from one abrupt man in a jacket at reception. Roberto, Guiseppe, Alessandro, and Jessica were the only names I caught and all deserve recognition.

The staff were all very friendly and attentive. Especially the pool barman and Colombian receptionist! The hotel is in a great location, beds were comfy and sea view lovely! They upgraded us for free when we arrived which was a nice touch.

The decor was slightly outdated, although everywhere was clean. It would have been nice to have some fresh fruit juices and a fruit platter in the breakfast spread. Everything was very sugar heavy.

Incredible hotel based on rating but staff making it 5 stars. Thanks to all especially Viola & Gionata at the bar.

Access with suitcases difficult as you have to carry them yourself up a flight of stairs
