We had a superior room with superb view. The apartment was kept clean and got a fresh set of towels daily. The staff were very helpful: we needed socket adaptors (yes, they are available at reception in case your plug doesn’t fit), and tried to help us with our car trouble, and were happy to help with any info. We were informed about dinner menu updates at their restaurant and were always kind enough to book a table for us when asked via whatsapp. Very responsive. The gardens look very nice, the hotel has a special feel thanks to its location, and the restaurant is just a minute away from the reception. The beach area just down from the hotel is lovely for relaxing but not the best beach around. It’s recommended you have a car if you are staying here, as you won’t find useful shops within walking distance. The area is not very pedestrian friendly in general. We enjoyed our stay there and would recommend. The restaurant is also good, the staff are very friendly, and is conveniently close to the hotel.

No coffee machine, in Italy? The only thing missing, for enjoying such a lovely view in the morning. Also, would be nice if staff would wash the few dishes used, as we didn’t have any cleaning products or sponge available to do it ourselves.

Beautiful big apartment. Very well equipped in the kitchen and bathroom. Huge terrace and comfortable outside seating. Convenient restaurant on site. Beach bar for drinks and snacks. The sunbeds with beach front. Accommodation staff very good and there every day to see to the cleanliness. Plenty of parking.

Steps steps and more steps. Really not suitable if you find climbing difficult. We had 125 steps to our room, all very steep, and the biggest problem there is no handrail. We are older and fit and managed . But invest in a rail. Request a lower apartment. The bed, so hard, actually the hardest we have ever experienced. We tried the living room sofa beds, same mattress type. Part of the beach area is public and the sellers are persistent.

the views surrounding this resort are unbelievable. You must see the manicured landscaping, surrounding beuatiful mountains, ocean view, beach, rooms are very spacious with balcony. Nice beach, great restaurant on resort. Staff are friendly. Housekeeping does a fabulous job cleaning rooms, fresh towels everyday. Lots of really nice beaches and vey good restaurants very close by to Bagaglino.

TV did not work. No laundry facilities in room.

I had an amazing experience. The staff was so friendly, the apartment was amazing, with a lovely sea view and smelled so good. And the garden, lovely, very well maintained. I really enjoyed this place, and would go back more often.

Just a suggestion for parking, as there was a moment when we came back early from the beach and there were no spaces in the area in front of the apartment, maybe put the numbering of each apartment in the spaces or something like that.

WE have stays in this property a year before as well. When we arrived we were given nice big room, however we did not liked the location. Last year we stayed in the part of the hotel close to the beach and we did not know the other part not so close is the same hotel. We have been told, that as we did not provided comment at the time of reservation we were not put to the closer part. However they have been able relocate us to the exact same room as year before the next morning. Since we have stayed longer this was very much appreciated and I was very happy they were able to accommodate to our needs

The fact that if you want to stay close to beach you need to let them know in advance. If I was in the part not so close to the beach I would never come back again.

We were blown away by this hotel. We weren’t exactly sure what to expect when we booked? But we were pleasantly surprised to find we were staying in a private apartment equipped with a bedroom, living room, kitchen, and outdoor deck with an incredible view. The bathroom and shower were also extremely nice. The apartment-style room felt private, but also part of a little mini-town that makes up the hotel. It truly resembles the type of Mediterranean hillside towns you see on postcards. While we did not spent much time on the hotel’s beach, it looked very pleasant. The hotel is in a great location that it suitable to travel to other areas on the Emerald Coast or other parts of Northern Sardinia. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided recommendations for restaurants in the immediate area. Overall we found our short stay better than expected and we wished we had booked a longer stay.

We don’t really have any complaints. The only wrinkle is the parking (if you choose to drive here). The parking spaces are up a long and windy driveway at the top of the hill. There are sometimes limited spaces so if the lot is full, you may. Be required to find parking on the street.

Spacious, clean apartment, very well equipped kitchen, and huge balcony with magnificent sea view (we even saw dolphins during our morning coffee on the terrace 😄). Garden and outside area is also very well maintained. Nice small private beach with sunbeds and a bar was really convinient when weather was unpredictable. Very good value for money in low season.

The appartment was really spacious and comfortable. We got an upgrade so we had an appartment overlooking the sea! We liked that there was a typical italian vibe in the rooms. The kitchen was well equiped and there was a lot of closet space. The location was great, we were very near to the best beaches and only 15 minutes drive to most places we wanted to visit. The beach in front of the hotel was also nice with sunbeds and a small kiosk to buy some refreshments. And last but not least; overall friendly staff and a lovely breakfast with a lot of choice. So great experience!

For us it was totally fine but there are quite some steps. If you are not fit I would suggest requesting an appartment that is less high on the hill. Staff in the restaurant and beach bar seemed somewhat distracted. Pizza on our first night was not what I expected, would not recommend to eat at the restaurant.

Location, proximity to the beach, size of the apartment, privacy and the unique architecture of the original Costa Smeralda.

The kitchen lacked cleaning detergent -we had to buy one, the coffee machine was not working and the bathroom was making regular noise (something inside the building), and when you are close to restaurant (like we were) you get some additional noise on the terrace at night and the smell from pizza oven.

property offered large, self contained rooms with a stunning view over the cove/sea. we enjoyed access to the private beach, which was within a short walk and provided umbrellas and day beds (subject to availability so suggest getting there on time). we had onsite parking available near our room, which was very helpful as access to a car is required to visit the surrounding towns and beaches along the costa smeralda

The property appears to be aimed at families, as such had a lot of children running around and playing which impacted out quiet enjoyment of the facilities. not so many restaurants/bars in walking distance of the hotel in case you want to do something outside the property
