Great location and absolutely amazing host. It was perhaps the first time, when all given by the host recommendations i.e. nice beach locations, restaurants and attractions - all hand picked places with good quality for money

Literally nothing to mention

Well appointed spacious living area. We rented a three bedroom apartment which was ideal for our purpose. Walking distance to Puerto Cervo old marina. Made dinner in the apartment without issue. Pool area has recently been upgraded and was spotless.

Air conditioning and use of safe were extra charges (air conditioning was well worth purchasing in July). Living area includes a two seater couch however remaining seating was wooden and slightly uncomfortable for watching tv.

Lovely location to Porto cervo and bars shops restaurants all walking distance. Lovely port and very clean place. Pool area was lovely and quiet and pool was clean, not busy as most of the time had the pool to ourselves too.

The hot water was a bit hit and miss in one bathroom. Maybe some more outdoor furniture in the villa gardens, sun beds etc.

The property itself is located just a five min walk to Porto Cervo Village. Our Villa had a nice view of the port and all of the yachts that would anchor daily. Very authentic rustic decor, a lot of windows and doors to open and let the breeze in. ( if there was one ;-(. I also had a view from the primary suite and bath. The pool is gorgeous and we did go one day. Most of the time you are at an incredible beach, but the pool is very nice.

We didn’t like the beds at all, the mattresses are like cardboard as well as the sheets, maybe in time can update to better sets. I also didn’t read the fine print that there is a fee to use the AC after we paid these high prices. And we needed the AC as there was no breeze while there. The thing that got me was we had to empty all the trash on last day, load in car and drove and dump it. Seems like the cleaning crew could have done that.

The location was fabulous The apartment had a very comfortable homely feel and had everything you will need provided The employees were super friendly and gave us a load of information regarding where to go and what she would suggest staying away from personal experience. I cannot recommend this place enough - book and you will not be disappointed

Nothing it was perfect

The location is excellent and the villa is cool and comfortable with fabulous views in a small gated complex with a beautiful pool

Having to pay €80 extra for air conditioning in August in Sardinia- I felt at this price point it should have been included. Also a few basics like laundry detergent, bin bags and a few coffee pods would have been good to provide.

Loved the location and view of the marina. We also got to enjoy the beautifully renovated pool. We were very happy that the air conditioners were strong, as we didn’t have good luck with other places we stayed at in Sardinia. Excellent stay overall!

The pool was definitely the highlight of the property. It was large, secluded and had comfy lounge chairs.

Location was fantastic. Excellent pool area. Helpfulness of the owner. Spaciousness of the villa. BBQ area. Washing machine, iron and dishwasher. Beautiful sea view from the terrace. Peaceful.
