The Spa is awesome! It offers a nice experience, a nice room, and well-trained staff. It is located in the center of the city, walking distance from restaurants, bars, and so on.

The breakfast was pretty good, but I felt it was missing something to make it special as the hotel is. Maybe some fresh scrumble eggs.

Good location, confortable and clean, the spa was a great relaxing plus.

The staff in general was nice, helpful and welcoming, with the exception from the woman in charge of breakfasts. We did not have breakfast in our initial room reservation, but we did reserve it at the reception, as per the rules, during check in. However, she treated us super bad, putting all the fault of her not knowing that we had reserved breakfast on us, twice!! Despite having done it. 0 customer centric approach, no apologies from her afterwards despite the fact that it was their mistake. She definitely ruin breakfast and the mood in the morning, as breakfast became something we dread despite double checking the second time that they have clearly marked that we were having breakfast.

Clean, quiet, spacious room. Good breakfast. Good location in the heart of the city.

There was no elevator but there are only rooms on the 1st floor (only 1 floor to climb up the luggage). The parking can be an issue and you will have to pay for it. The receptionist was not very kind in general, treated us like a fool (saying we should call the number at night only in case of emergency and described what emergency situations are. We're not fools, we know what emergency is) and said there was no parking space available for the whole stay of 7 nights. Then 5 days later, we asked again to another receptionist and we were given a parking space (5€/day which is acceptable).

Lovely hotel in the heart of Olbia but down a little street so it was nice and quiet. Minutes walk from the main strip with all bars and restaurants and also some shops. 5/10 minute walk to bus stations depending on where you going. The room was very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is fantastic, so much to choose from and the staff were very friendly. We didn’t get chance to use the spa but it did look amazing, you have to pre book before using it.

Extra bed could have done with a bedside table and light. No balcony so we struggled to hang our beach towels. Extra toilet roll.

Friendly greeting by reception staff especially Paula who was very helpful . Room was large with a comfortable bed. We had a courtyard with seating area but unfortunately it was too hot to enjoy. It was only a short walk from hotel to the port and the pedestrian area with a host of restaurants and shops . Hotel clean modern and quiet .The short walk to other hotel for a good choice of food for breakfast was easy and again friendly welcoming and attentive staff. Plenty of parking in the area and we were lucky to have a spot outside hotel .

Great bathroom BUT had no shelve for makeup ect.

The hotel is right in the center, very close to restaurants and relatively close to the train station and buses. The room had an interesting design, and the building it was in had visible ruins under the floor.

Although the hotel is a 4-star one, we did not have slippers, a bathrobe and other toiletries like in other 4-star hotels. We found out that to go to the spa, you have to pay a fee even if you are staying in this hotel.

Location was excellent - very close to all of the main Old Town streets, cafes, bars and shops. The hotel was modern, easy to navigate, private and secure. The room was large and so was the bathroom

The bed was not overly comfortable and the linen wasnt high quality. It was also confusing having Hotel Tramas signs on the two different hotel locations (meaning I went to the wrong one and had to walk to the other one to check in, only to have to return to the other one for my room).

The hotel has a great location, a relaxing spa for the evening, and a delicious breakfast. I especially enjoyed the quality of the food.

I was disappointed with the attitude of some staff members (except for a kind lady at reception). One staff member made me feel unwelcome when I entered the spa, questioning me abruptly about registration. Another acted more like a strict supervisor, telling me I couldn’t take a piece of fruit and a croissant with me (I had just 10 minutes for breakfast time and could not finish).

Lovely large room very nice modern decor very comfy beds. Large desk and coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast delicious very fresh mainly vegetarian with huge choice. 2 min walk to centre of Old town

When we arrived there was nobody at reception so we'd to go to another building only to be brought back to the original building. The signage wasn't very clear. Alot of noise from the reception area into our room from early in the morning.

The room looked very nice (stylish) and neat on first glance. The shower worked well and there was lots of space.

The room was SO COLD at night. I was freezing all night but reception was closed so no way to get another blanket. Air conditioning was impossible to change from the room and the walls were cold stone. I slept with the blanket, a woollen pullover, an outdoors puffy jacket and was still so cold I couldn’t fall asleep. Eventually I put all the extra pillows on me to warm me up!!!! It was mid May. The bed linen had something black on it (maybe mold?) and the socket cover kept falling off. I also wasn’t super thrilled to be in a seperate building with no staff, it felt a bit spooky as a solo female staying on the ground level with a window towards the building. Breakfast was very basic (but the fruit was fresh!).
