Quaint little hotel in the heart of Olbia. Close to many restaurants and shopping. Small, but expected for the location. Breakfast was lovely (the lovely lady who runs breakfast doesn't speak any English but we communicated well with my poor Italian and her warm manner). Because it was spring, the airconditioning was not set to cool, and the recommendation for cooling the room was to open a window. That got a little noisy, but was otherwise fine. Tip for parking, it's just behind the hotel but is impossible to find if you don't know where to go, so take their advice and pull over early before you get to the hotel, and the staff can guide you.

This hotel is in a great location. The staff are brilliantly friendly and helpful with information. It is a beautiful hotel and we had a great time. The breakfast was lovely.

I dont think however it is really a 4 star hotel. The toiletries in the bathroom were very limited. There is no food available other than the buffet breakfast. There is no room service. The mini bar is very limited. There are no other facilities like a gym. I really loved the hotel and staff so would probably go back but think it would be even more perfect with some small tweaks.

The breakfast was very delicious and served in a private and cool basement. The room was just the right size - spacious enough to be comfortable without wasting space. The service is perfect - very nice and helpful people who will go an extra mile to make sure you've a nice stay. The location is great - it's in the middle of Olbia but a little bit to the side in a quiet area. You're 5 minutes from all the shops, restaurants and there's even a Michelin restaurant next door if you'd like that.

No free water bottle on arrival. No electric kettle - so drinks could be ordered only through room service.

We loved the room. It was comfortable, good size, clean and nicely set. Maybe the aircon could have been a bit better but overall an excellent place to stay! Yet, the girl in the reception was a true highlight!!! She was so welcoming, happy to help and assist! Since this was our final stop on honeymoon I asked here to, if possible, put some flowers in the room for my wife. She not only sorted this out, she went further and got some lovely balloons on the best, placed the rose next to them and made sure all is arranged! I very much recommend this hotel!!!

The location is perfect to explore historic & newer Olbia. A short drive from the port to this hotel. Although always a bit tricky with not being able to enter certain streets, as with most European historic centers, google maps led the way and we were still able to unload & reload our bags in front of the hotel. The parking was just down the street. Our room was quite spacious, with all the amenities we needed. Breakfast was served downstairs, and although we only ate on the last day there was quite a variety of breads, fruit and sweets~ Although it is off season here, there are still enough retail, bars & restaurants open, The staff at La Locanda Del Conte Marmeli, were so so attentive and always smiling!

The hotel is really nicely decorated with a lot of attention to detail. It has a rustic style with a modern twist. You feel welcomed even before you arrive because you are contacted and given instructions about parking close to the hotel to avoid getting a fine due to the limited traffic zone in its street The staff are very helpful giving us suggestions on places to eat and visit. Barbara the breakfast lady is so nice and helpful making you feel at home. Hotel is very clean and in a central location. Will surely stay again next time we visit Olbia.

We had a really lovely stay here. The hotel itself is very nice, clean, and comfortable, but what stood out most was how warm and welcoming the staff were. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and I especially want to mention Barbara from the breakfast team—she was so kind and made us feel genuinely cared for every morning. Thank you for making our visit so enjoyable!

Wow. I cannot praise this hotel enough. From start to finish it has overdelivered. Alessio arranged a taxi to collect us from the airport which dropped us off right outside the hotel in the middle of Olbia. Stefania checked us in and was incredibly helpful and friendly. The room was beautiful and spacious, the bathroom equally so. I couldn't get over how clean the hotel was, it was spotless. Breakfast was great and served by two lovely ladies (I can't remember their names, sorry!). My husband and I only wished we had stayed a couple of extra nights. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome and comfortable.

Nothing not to like!

Because we were on a very late flight we decided to stay here before going on to our own property. We were very happy to find a comfortable, warm room with an excellent bathroom in a charming old building. Breakfast was excellent with many locally sourced products including fresh ricotta & honey. Parking was available nearby for a minimal charge and communication with the property was excellent at all times. Should the need arise, would certainly stay again.
