The apartment was very clean and it smelled good. It was bigger than we expected, which was a nice surprise. I feel like the photos don’t really do it justice - the rooms (especially living room and bedroom) are really bright and spacious. The complex also has an organised cleaning service. A maid tidies up the rooms every morning, which is very practical. The property is situated on a calm and quiet street just a few steps from the main street. The location is therefore perfect - not noisy but still in Olbia centre and walking distance from all the main attractions, restaurants and cafes. I was a bit worried about the self check-in process as we were arriving late in the evening, but everything went smoothly. We received all necessary information by e-mail on the day of our arrival.

One week before our arrival we had to complete an online check-in process, which instructed us to scan our documents and attach them next to our personal information. That seemed a bit unnecessary and sketchy, as Booking.com itself warns travellers not to do such things in order to protect their privacy. After having completed the online check-in, we didn’t receive any confirmation e-mail that would ensure it was successful. I found that a bit worrying but it turned out to be just fine and we had no problems when we arrived. Maybe the property manager can fix this so that guests feel more secure upon their arrival.

Lovely apartment with a fantastic terrace plus a smaller balcony, in a quiet part of the city yet within easy walking distance of everything. We appreciated having two easy chairs inside plus outside furniture on the terrace. The bed itself was large and comfortable. The lady who came in to clean was friendly and helpful. We very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend this studio to anyone.

We would have liked to have had a kettle, although we used a pan to boil water for tea. The kitchen area itself was quite cramped, but was OK for the small amount we used it. Communications were mostly very good, but the final instructions to access the building came on the day itself - it would have been useful to have had them a day or two before to avoid wondering if all was in order.

It was me, my wife, our daughter and our granddaughters first time visiting Sardinia. We arrived at the apartment and it was absolutely spotless clean, the sheets and the towels were changed regularly which was lovely to come back to after a day out! Two minute walk into town and a five minute walk to the bus stop if you want to visit the beach, the main supermarket we found was only a 10 minute walk also. Would absolutely stay here again, the staff were very helpful and are available 24/7, 10/10+!

very central in Olbia, close to all restaurants, parking for free some meters away, easy to reach 10 minutes from the airport, very nice people working there :)

We initially got a room on the ground floor and during the night the air conditioner from outside the wall (not necessary the ones belonging to the room) were extremely loud during the night and could not sleep. But we asked for another room and they moved us to a higher floor after that and everything was perfect :)

Location is great on the outskirts of the pedestrian area of Olbia and within walking distance to this area. Rooms were tidy and neat, not too much character but had most basics. Once there (and after the huge online check-in process), the door access was easy.

The online check-in process is very arduous and time consuming and requires all passport plus more details from all guests staying in the accommodation be submitted online in advance. We were 6 people and this took ages for me to do while I was meant to be enjoying my holiday. I understand properties need this legally in Italy however most just request a photo of all passports which would have been significantly easier and faster.

Our studio 401 was closest to the front door and on the ground floor, so we heard everyone coming and going and some street noise (although not much traffic). We kept shutters closed but that made it quite dark. Suggest a larger room upstairs with balcony for privacy. Door handle was not secure and came off, but was quickly fixed

Great location and amazing value for money. Walking distance to town and spacious apartment for the price. Everything is in great condition and very clean, would stay here again.

I guess more lenient check in times would be great as there is no place to store luggage.

Excellent location; very close to Main Street, restaurants and bars. Apartament clean and quiet, cleaning and towels changed every day. Beds comfortable; wardrobes new and clean. Helpful and nice staff.

Just lack of carpark, but there were a number of free carparks within 5-10 minutes walking distance.

Nice apartment, bigger than looks in the photos ,perfect for a couple ,in a good location ,close to everything you need. The communication with the staff was very good, quick replies and always ready to help. Highly recommend

I don’t give a 10 only because you have a small tv on a living room..I would prefer a nice smart tv because the apartment is quiet big and perfect for a longer stay
