The Spa is awesome! It offers a nice experience, a nice room, and well-trained staff. It is located in the center of the city, walking distance from restaurants, bars, and so on.

The breakfast was pretty good, but I felt it was missing something to make it special as the hotel is. Maybe some fresh scrumble eggs.

Clean, quiet, spacious room. Good breakfast. Good location in the heart of the city.

There was no elevator but there are only rooms on the 1st floor (only 1 floor to climb up the luggage). The parking can be an issue and you will have to pay for it. The receptionist was not very kind in general, treated us like a fool (saying we should call the number at night only in case of emergency and described what emergency situations are. We're not fools, we know what emergency is) and said there was no parking space available for the whole stay of 7 nights. Then 5 days later, we asked again to another receptionist and we were given a parking space (5€/day which is acceptable).

The hotel is right in the center, very close to restaurants and relatively close to the train station and buses. The room had an interesting design, and the building it was in had visible ruins under the floor.

Although the hotel is a 4-star one, we did not have slippers, a bathrobe and other toiletries like in other 4-star hotels. We found out that to go to the spa, you have to pay a fee even if you are staying in this hotel.

The hotel has a great location, a relaxing spa for the evening, and a delicious breakfast. I especially enjoyed the quality of the food.

I was disappointed with the attitude of some staff members (except for a kind lady at reception). One staff member made me feel unwelcome when I entered the spa, questioning me abruptly about registration. Another acted more like a strict supervisor, telling me I couldn’t take a piece of fruit and a croissant with me (I had just 10 minutes for breakfast time and could not finish).

The room looked very nice (stylish) and neat on first glance. The shower worked well and there was lots of space.

The room was SO COLD at night. I was freezing all night but reception was closed so no way to get another blanket. Air conditioning was impossible to change from the room and the walls were cold stone. I slept with the blanket, a woollen pullover, an outdoors puffy jacket and was still so cold I couldn’t fall asleep. Eventually I put all the extra pillows on me to warm me up!!!! It was mid May. The bed linen had something black on it (maybe mold?) and the socket cover kept falling off. I also wasn’t super thrilled to be in a seperate building with no staff, it felt a bit spooky as a solo female staying on the ground level with a window towards the building. Breakfast was very basic (but the fruit was fresh!).

Lovely large room very nice modern decor very comfy beds. Large desk and coffee making facilities in room. Breakfast delicious very fresh mainly vegetarian with huge choice. 2 min walk to centre of Old town

When we arrived there was nobody at reception so we'd to go to another building only to be brought back to the original building. The signage wasn't very clear. Alot of noise from the reception area into our room from early in the morning.

Spacious room Spa Central location

A little run down in areas. Vent in room hanging down. Outside the spa ?construction happening, looked messy On arrival we’re told that the spa was full, we booked specifically to have a hotel and spa and it said it was included in our booking. The receptionist checked and then said we could go in but it had to be in 10 minutes. When we went in only 2 people there?? Full??? I think not

After complaining at the reception desk the staff managed to fix a situation by giving us the room that we had actually booked. It was a pity that we had to ask and complain. Nevertheless, the person at the reception desk was very kind and gentle and fixed the issue quickly.

The first room given to us was located in the Spa building, contrary to what was explained in the message sent to me via Booking.com. The quality of the room was very different to what I was expecting and not worth the nightly rate we had paid.

Our stay at Tramas Hotel was fantastic. The quiet, spacious room featured a very comfortable bed and a luxurious waterfall shower, making it a perfect retreat. The location was excellent, just a few minutes' walk from the main shopping district in Olbia Central and a short drive from the airport. The service staff were exceptionally friendly, making us feel welcome and cared for. They even accommodated our early check-in request, which was very convenient.

There was nothing that needed improvement; this place was wonderful value for money.

Great location, design of the rooms and common areas, friendly staff and delicious breakfast. We were staying in the wellness part of the hotel but unfortunately didn’t have the time to try it but it looks like they offer really nice treatments.

Just minor details, nothing that would stop us from booking again. It was quite warm and the window of our bathroom couldn’t open.
