The hotel has a nostalgic feel to it, very authentic and cosy. Its also very clean. The staff without exception were all super friendly and helpful. Breakfast had a good choice of food on the buffet and there was always enough. I booked a single room and it was more than big enough. The hotel is in the city in a side street so dont expect views, however, it is situated very close to all the activities whilst still being nice and quiet at night. The bus to the beach is 6 mins walk from the hotel and the busses were very reliable. The hotel was extremely clean and well cared for by the staff. I did not use the SPA.It also has a roof top terrace where you can drink a glass of wine .

It would have been nice to have a balcony but I knew this upfront so it was not a dissapointment.

We stayed here for one night before our flight for a bit of luxury and ease with a 10 minute drive to the airport. The room was lovely and brand new. Super comfy beds and silent at night. The roof top terrace was lovely and nice at night as well to wind down and listen to the sounds of the old town. Well located with good, accessible parking, easy to find and well communicated route map to avoid ztl areas. This old town area is quaint, beautiful with good and super cute restaurants, gelaterias and pasticcerias on all the surrounding streets. Great and varied breakfast with Italian breakfast cakes as well as the usual full range of continental breakfast options. Really helpful staff with good English. Thank you for a lovely end to our holiday!

Good location, very large clean room with lovely view. Roof terrace is stunning, the pictures don't do it justice - loads of seating options in sun/shade.

Slight issue where one member of the front desk told us the air conditioning was not available. After one very warm night, we rang reception and that staff member immediately turned the air conditioning for us, which was much appreciated. The breakfast was very disappointing - not a great selection of options on offer.

A great location in the heart of Olbia. Rooms were large, quiet, clean and had spacious bathrooms. Super friendly staff that were willing to help us with anything. The highlight is the rooftop with amazing views of the city and water. Would recommend to anyone travelling to Olbia!

Overall, nothing bad. The continental breakfast wasn’t our favourite but this didn’t retract from our stay. There were still lots of options!

The hotel is in the old town centre, near the main pedestrianised street of Olbia which has many restaurants and bars. Good breakfast with ample choice of hot and cold food. The hotel has two small parking lots nearby (BEFORE you reach the hotel, make sure to notice them), where parking is free for guests. It has a very nice terrace at the to, where you can sunbathe or just take in the view of the whole city and the gulf of Olbia.

Even on the fifth floor, the cobblestones in the road below make quite a racket when a vehicle transits over them - which is not very often to be fair, but it is noticeable at night. Maybe better soundproofing of the windows would help.

We had a fabulous stay at Hotel Panorma. The customer service was absolutely outstanding, thank you to each and every staff member; their politeness, willingness to help and enthusiasm was very much appreciated They recommended a boat trip, for one day of our holiday, and it was a gorgeous experience. They also gave us a great recommendation for dinner. A fantastic location; a hidden gem with lovely eateries very close by. Reception ordered a taxi, for us to the airport, on our departure day. It arrived at 11.45am, we went through airport security by 11.58am! Efficiency at its best! The spa facility is slightly overpriced. Apart form that,10/10 for everything else.

Best location in Olbia old town. Quiet, no noice from the street or other rooms.

Breakfast was good but more variation would have made it even better. Only white bread and lot’s of sweet stuff, not so much healthy options. Roof top terrace would need cleaning up and an update. Few broken chairs and pillows but otherwise great view.

The location of the hotel is excellent - right in the centre of Olbia, just a one minute walk from the main road and all the bars and cafes. But set on a side street so quite quiet too. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room was very big and so was the bathroom. The room and bathroom were also really nicely done out. And the shower was lovely and warm.

The breakfast was a little bit limited. There could have been more variety.

Super friendly staff. We arrived early and were able to check in. We were very happy to be upgraded to a room with an excellent view. The room was large and rustic Italian. Comfortable bed. Roof bar view was amazing. We loved the spa service. Super clean. Great breakfast. Excellent location. Highly recommend.

We really liked the hospitality of the staff, right from the time we arrived through to our departure. They helped with several issues including printing and scanning documents. Breakfast was also very good and we looked forward to it every morning. The view out over the city on our first morning in Sardinia was breath-taking.

We would have like drinking glasses in the room in addition to the coffee cups. Since we just snack in the evening after a big midday lunch we would like more space in the fridge for our snack and less hotel drinks.
