The location is perfect. Right in the center of everything, from restaurants, shops to walking down to the pier. Every street is just magnificent. Very close to the bus stops, Olbia Terranova train station & the airport (just take bus 2, 10, or 601). It's good to stay for no more than 2 days, then if you want to do boat excursions around Sardinia, I recommend staying in Palau but near the port because all the excursions start from there. I was amazed by this island. It's a must-visit place! 😍💚🤍❤️

Very welcoming when we arrived after a hours of flights! the room fit 4 people very well and was super clean. Breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it on the patio with the pomegranate tree. location near the piazza gave us so many dinner options - and gelato - and shopping! We were so impressed that we booked it for our last night in town as well. Did I mention the parking? included in the booking and in the rear of the building, very convenient!

the showers were some of the smallest we encountered during our trip around Sardegna but not an issue- so not really anything negative to relate

The free parking is extremely convenient, so is the location of the hotel which is right in the middle of the historic city center. The breakfast is very simple but it offers what we need in Italy: bread with Nutella

The man who works at the reception late in the evening could be more.... receptive. He barely said "good evening" and only mentioned the breakfast time when we asked him about it. Not to mention that we had our car parked in the wrong parking spot for two days in a row because he did not give us any instructions when we arrived. It was only later when the other receptionist (very friendly) asked us to move our car to the right parking spot.

Great location in the center of Olbia. Charming streets, lovely people, good choice of breakfast, great cappuccino, clean room and decent bathroom with toiletries and towels, quiet, with a nice view, air conditioning and comfortable beds, clean bedsheets, even with some extra pillows and blankets just in case. The host was lovely, very helpful, they even booked a taxi for us as we don't speak Italian and they waited outside with us to make sure we got into it and were taken to where we needed to be. Very positive experience!

The shower was a bit small, but there was enough of hot water and it was clean. We only booked it for one night but the room was a bit small for three people for a longer stay. One night was fine though and there was an option to upgrade if we needed to so I would go for that if I planned a longer stay.

I had a nice little room, the location was great in the center, close to restaurants and bars. Staff was very nice, I enjoyed speaking Italian with them and they appreciated as well to be considered. Breakfast included was also lovely.

Bathroom was a bit tight, air conditioning was noisy but working (very appreciated!) and I didn’t get a the frigobar included in the booking.

Great location, very clean room, comfortable soft bed, shower was powerful and lovely hot water, cleaners came daily, breakfast coffee was fantastic and I enjoyed the croissants, cheese, sliced meats and yoghurts. The hotel cat Prishilla is so cute. Staff were friendly and one lady kindly booked a table for me in a nearby restaurant and arranged a dish that needed pre-ordering in advance. Right next to a lovely piazza with local shops, restaurants, close to tourist sites such as the museum and basilica St Paulo. Would definitely love to stay again.

There was nothing that i didn't like. Some of the decor is a little worn but it's absolutely just cosmetic and nothing of concern.

Great central location. The hotel is a bit run down but the room was fine. There was good communication beforehand, especially in directing Sat Nat to the right place. Parking is a big bonus.

Reception staff are efficient but a bit gloomy. And, like in most other hotels, there's far too much reliance on single-use plastics at breakfast. Hotels need to get real about the climate emergency and plastic pollution.

Very convenient to bars and restaurants. Everything was within walking distance. The staff were so friendly. They helped me with a problem of a double booked reservation by walking me through the process of cancellation & not charging a penalty fee for the mistake. So very helpful. All the staff were friendly,especially the staff person in the breakfast area.

The bed was a little firm but this was not a big issue for us.

The staff were very responsive and friendly, and spoke to me in English, which I appreciated. The location is excellent, I walked everywhere and saw what I had planned to see, and it was very easy. The front desk provided a paper map, so I didn't have to use data. WiFi was excellent.

The room was in an odd location - up some stairs into a small unlit vestibule in the building. It was a bit difficult to enter with a backpack on and a carry on, I had to use my phone to light up the key/lock (actual key no card) as it was hard to see. The room was a boutique type, small but functional (no bidet), and no card to work the lights. A/C worked very well, however the water could have been hotter.

The location is fantastic .quite and close to restaurants , bars, supermarkets. All staff are very kindly and professional . Monica, Stephania ,helped a lot to enjoy the time in Olbia . Thank you so much for all your attention. The breakfast is delicious.

I didn't like much the bed and pillows. The pilows should to change for new ones. And refurnish the rooms. I have a little allergy with lines of bed.
