My Eco Rooms exceeded our expectations! ^_^ Comfortable and super clean: the bathroom as well as the bedroom . The host is the best! She answered all of our questions in the nicest way (and we made a lot! :-P) There were bottles of water, a coffee machine and coffee capsules <3 . The location is very close to the Main Street where the majority of shops and restaurants are (but the lodging place is very quiet!) . The self-check in procese is really convenient!

The host was very friendly and open with communication. The location was excellent to get around in Olbia

Parking was a bit tight, but that is also to be expected in a city popular with tourists in summer

It was in a lovely location . Near bars shops and the marina but also in a quiet enough place to not be disturbed by noise

You can hear the street somewhat but not a big deal unless someone banging on a door for a few hrs!

Arianna was extremely helpful in providing tips for the trip. Especially the restaurant recommendations. The property is 10 mins on the bust from the airport, (it is cheaper to buy ticket from the airport which is 1Euro one way) than on the bus which is 1.50 euro. The property in 5 min walk to town central which is amazing. The room I booked had air-conditioning and hairdryer. Fridge was full with yoghurt juice and bread. I like that they segregate their waste. All in all, it is in a great location and great value for money.

It could get loud on a Saturday evening as it is near a pub. The breakfast is basic, it is a self service basis, there is a toaster and kettle available. The good thing is, there is a grocery nearby called Superpan and you can purchase cold cuts and fruits to be put in your small fridge in the room.

The location was good, right in the city centre. Super easy to get there by bus. The AC was amazing! within minutes the room was ice cold! The host was super friendly and helpful. Room and bathroom smelled amazing!

I wasn't impressed with the breakfast, it was just toast and yogurt, coffee and tea with juice. All of this was in a little fridge in your room and you had to prepare it yourself. The BnB has 3 rooms. All rooms have a private bathroom. However, the one we stayed in had a privat outside of the room which was a little inconvienient. But it was ok.

The property was in a wonderful location with lots of restaurants and a bus stop nearby to take you to different beaches and the airport. The room and bathroom were very clean. I loved the Nespresso machine in the room. The owner was very kind and helpful too.

The lack of kitchen even though it says on booking.com that there was a shared kitchen.

Great set up, 2 double rooms with a private bathroom. Decor is fresh. Shared courtyard with tables and chairs (and plants 🙏🏻)

Bit noisy from outside due to local bars etc but it was Saturday night.
