Meeting went well after some initial confusion about passcodes and key boxes. You need the door code for the door off the street, then the key code for the key box, then the code for the apartment door. After that it's just normal old fashioned key. There is no kettle to make tea if you don't drink coffee but a pid machine for those who do. A kettle would be a great addition and so helpful. Right in the centre of town, cafes and restaurants nearby. Taxi's everywhere so no concern finding one for your departure. A great stay.

This place has a great location, it’s in the centre of Olbia also between the main bus stops, train station and port. 10 mins away from the biggest supermarket in town, 2 mins away from cafe/bar/restaurants. Comfortable bed.

Tax was not included into the booking payment which requires you to pay there in cash. The cleaning lady comes every times who check out at 10 am and clean very loudly… This is a room inside of an apartment, also some rooms have bathrooms outside of their rooms which makes a traffic noise in the corridor of your main door. Heavy smell around…

The location is perfect! The room is quite spacious and very comfortable. Everything was clean and well-maintained. Great value for the price — I would definitely stay here again!

The room was gorgeous. Very clean, and good space, and had two very comfertable sleeps. We felt very safe too!

Not much we didn’t like. There were just times we felt the AC unit wasn’t working well, although this was not a bad issue, not one that we felt occurred during the entirety of our stay.

The location is just perfect, easy access to the property and everything else a traveler might need. Slept +8 hours the windows let no sound in, I like it.

The property is just on the border of the pedestrian zone which is great as you can unload your car and walk into the pedestrian zone. Large clean rooms. Everything functional.

There is no lift so you will have to carry your luggage a flight of steps.

The location of this B&B is very convenient, right in the main street of Olbia where you can find all restaurants, bars and shops. The host was very friendly and flexible, for if you need any assistance! The room was spacious, and the bed was super comfortable!

The only remark I can think of, is that the toilet was running water all the time, which was sometimes a bit annoying at night when you want to sleep.

The bed is very comfortable and the location is good, but if you have a car you may find some difficulties to park, once it is on the limited traffic zone of Olbia. So, just be careful to do not get a ticket. There is a free park close by, but depending on the time you arrive it will be full. The staff are nice and prompt to help, internet is also very good.

The shower is not so good. Parking is difficult.

The hotel is beautiful, well located, close to the historic center, the room met all our expectations. If you travel by car it is easy to park.

Everything was great. We stayed one night, but arrived very late, due to delayed flight. Regardless, the host made us feel very welcomed even at this late hour. We were allowed to therefore check out later than usual, which was amazing and allowed us to fully enjoy the stay. Thanks Manuela! 👌🏻☺️
