I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was truly beautiful, providing a peaceful and scenic environment. The rooms were very comfortable, well-furnished, and ideal for a relaxing stay. The bathrooms were spacious and nicely designed, offering both style and convenience. What really stood out was the staff — everyone was kind, welcoming, and always willing to help. Their friendliness made the experience even more enjoyable. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant and comfortable place to stay.

The CasAUnoe Boutique Hotel lives hospitality an I had a very friendly welcome there. The staff are very friendly and give great tips. The room and the entire hotel is new, well-maintained and has very modern furnishings. In short, I felt very comfortable there. The hotel is located in the centre of Olbia and restaurants, gelateria, shops etc. are within easy walking distance. The breakfast is plentiful and very varied, including handmade capuccino. I would definitely stay at the hotel again as it offers me a very good base for exploring and the hotel experience is great. Some braches can be reached by public bus.

What a well appointed and attractive place this is. The staff were friendly and welcoming, the room was well thought out and the walk-in shower was hot.

Noise from other guests must be a known problem as there are ear-stoppers in the shower room. The street door slams shut, the call for the lift is a loud buzz, the conversations from the next door room was loud through the connecting door. The only saving grace was that said next door guests were quiet after 12:30am.

Very central location in the center of Olbia. It is in the pedestrian section, so if you take the bus from the airport (which is super easy), you will have to lug your baggage for a 10 minute walk. The room was great: very spacious and high powered air conditioning, which we needed because it was super hot. Good breakfast and a mini fridge in the room which I always appreciate.

Check out is on the early side at 10am.

Such a beautiful hotel and such friendly staff! The hotel was perfectly located near all the restaurants, cafes and the marina. Very clean and attention to detail was fantastic! Marcella was so thoughtful and prepared us a packet of goodies for our breakfast as we had an early checkout. Absolutely loved the stay, would definitely come back on our next visit to Olbia!

We loved the charm of this boutique hotel—beautifully restored rooms, a welcoming staff, and a great top-floor dining area. The location is ideal, with secure parking just around the corner.

The noise from the street and within the building made restful sleep challenging. For a quieter stay, we recommend requesting a lower, non-street-facing room, even if it means missing the views.

Was very surprised by this accommodation. It was so beautifully presented. Very stylish, clean and quiet. I had a lovely room at the back. The staff were outstanding, very friendly and helpful. I had stayed at another place the week before in Olbia and wished I had chosen this lovely little boutique hotel instead. My flight didn’t leave till late afternoon and they kindly held on to my luggage and booked me a taxi which I was grateful for.

Fantastic location with easy access to everything. The room was very nice with modern updates. Properly was so nice and clean. The staff is very communicative. It’s very easy to do everything via WhatsApp.

The faucets in the e shower and bathroom don’t have indicators for hot/cold and takes a long time to warm up. It wastes a lot of water. Breakfast was meh. But that seems to be the case everywhere in Sardinia.

The location was central and full of life, the room matched the photos perfectly with a clean, stylish design. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were exceptionally friendly and fluent in English. Best of all, every time you walked in, you were greeted by a refreshing scent that smells almost like the sea.
