The location is incredible, near a small plaza with restaurants and shops. It is central so everything is a 7-8 minute walk away. The AC works well but the windows also open to a warm breeze. The mini fridge was a pleasant amenity since it allowed me to purchase water to chill as well as fruit to snack on during my stay. The breakfast was also very pleasant with a nice variety of pastries and cereals.

The decor is a bit outdated but this is a minor complaint. It was very clean which for me is most important.

Excellent location just off the main square. Hotel was spotless clean airy and the air conditioning helped a great deal. Check in was a breeze. The older lady couldn’t have helped anymore and let us leave our bags until check in time. The staff were all very helpful and friendly. We had a balcony room 303 and was absolutely perfect. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel and would gladly stay here again. The gentleman at reception at night time was very helpful also and provided us with extra pillows on request.

The hotel is located on a very narrow street with no room to stop to offload luggage from our hire car. We had to park in the free parking area about 500m from the hotel and carry our luggage up the road in the heat which wasn’t very pleasant.

The hotel was in a great location near shops and restaurants. The lady on reception was happy to speak via translate on her phone and despite only speaking Italian was very helpful when you took the time to be friendly, the rooms were clean and comfortable, air con was terrific in heat wave. Free breakfast was a nice bonus, with a good selection of different foods.

Be aware that they close the lift from first to ground floor at night for security reasons, but this is only a minor inconvenience.

I have to say that the breakfasts were absolutely amazing, tasty and It was a great decision to have them. 😍 The accommodation was clean and the services was perfect. Location was also good. I really enjoyed my stay.

Great location in the centre of Olbia with easy access to airport buses (6 minutes away, every 20mins, 1euro, 15 minute ride on bus 2 or 10 from stop 107). Comfy room on 5th floor with views of the town from the balcony. Breakfast aveage but more than adequate.

Perfect location right in the center of old town, 5 min walking distance from train station and also from the bus stop. Staff was so friendly, never getting tired of giving directions how to go around the city and to the best beaches.

The staff was very kind, they let us leave the baggages until the check-in and after check-out. The hotel is located in the center of Olbia and you can feel the town's vibe. Very good restaurants in the area.

Aircon system worked very well. It was a paradise after outing in burning hot day.

Bathroom was small but it was acceptable considering price vs value and its fantastic location.
