The location is in the city centre, the view is beautiful, over the Olbia port. Cleaning is done every day, they bring new towels and toiletries, make the bed and clean the room.

There is loud music from the bar at the ground floor of the hotel which lasts until 23h. However, closing the windows reduces it to a level where you can fall asleep easily. The minibar is actually at the reception, there are no drinks in the refrigerator in the room.

Hotel De Plan Had a great location and was easily walkable to town. It was near a busyish road but we chose a rear facing room and found it very quiet. The room was basic but had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. As other reviews said the shower is smallish but that is normal in Europe and we had no problems with it. The breakfast was great with plenty of options and even nice fresh fruit. Coffee was nice, hot and made by a lovely lady not a push button machine. The gentleman at the reception desk was very friendly and helpful and ready with a smile evry time we went past.

Only stayed one night and didn't find any negatives in that time

Great location on the seafront, breakfast included, spacious rooms. I was worried it would be noisy at night based on other reviews as it’s on the main road. I asked for a quiet room and was put at the back which was fine. The reception staff were really nice and helpful. They let me (and a friend not staying there) leave bags there all day until the room was ready. I felt safe walking there at night which was also a concern as a solo female traveller.

It’s quite an old hotel so only had one tiny lift. The shower door didn’t close properly. Hotels in Olbia seem to be overpriced for what they are but it did the job.

The hôtel is well located in the city and also not far from the airport, all the beaches around are easily accessible from that point with a car. Our room had a sea view which was nice. There is possibility to park the car for an add 15€ per day. The breakfast is also good, the lady at the bar prepare very nice cappuccinos.

We noticed that there was no hot water and tea in the room, however the lady at the reception accepted to prepare it for us.

Very good location, close to Molo Brin and the centre of Olbia. Staff very friendly. The room was very basic, but enough, big bathroom. I didn't use the restaurant but it looked good, with the tables also outside.

The shower cabin was really tiny, it was really uncomfortable to use it and fit in it, although im not a big person. There was no remote control for the air con but it was working ok.

I loved my stay here! The man who did my check-in was super kind. I loved his energy. The rooms are minimalist in a nostalgic way for me personally. Reminded me of traveling in Asia. The view from my room was spectacular! I watched the cruise ships park every morning and the sun rise. Excellent 2 night stay. Thank you!

The A/C doesn’t work. There is no hairdryer. There is no complimentary tea/coffee.

Breakfast was excellent. The fact that staff made the coffee for you in the bar was superb. The rooms were furnished with just the essential,but what you needed. In my second single room there was no hairdryer, or I did not find it.Lovely view towards the harbour and the islands. Helpful staff when I needed a phonecharger. Patient with my Italian, not switching over to French or English.

The location. The staff and the breakfast was very good.

The single room with the view was very small. It had a double bed. I would have preferred a single bed with more room. Also the bed was very hard. All good if you like hard beds and flat pillows

The location was great. Museum and Pier Port across the Street. Port view from our bedroom. pharmacy and Supermarket around the corner. Restaurants and more just two blocks away. Very short walk to Bus. Location was great for someone who doesnt have a car. Staff very friendly, especially the ladies in the Gastronomy Area ( breakfast time)

Furniture need to be upgraded, but it was ok. I could live with that. It didn’t bother me at all.

We enjoyed the location and walking distance to the main streets. The receptionist and staff were lovely and made us feel welcome upon our arrival.

Very basic breakfast. Outdated room. No parking--you have to park in the public parking about a 6-minute walk away). Very tiny elevator (only 2 people allowed at a time).
