The staff (especially Federico) were great, friendly and helpful. The room was sizeable and comfortable, and we had a little terrace which was good for a get together before setting off to explore. The ground floor of the hotel is wrapped around a bar/restaurant, and we were warned of possible noise and provided with ear plugs. It was fortunate that our room did not face that side and we were not much disturbed. The bar/lounge was in fact very pleasant for drinks. The focus of our stay was to prepare for our upcoming sailing trip and it was good that we were close to the shops and supermarkets.

The bleep in our stay was that our air conditioning did not work on the first night and though we were provided with fans, it was a little warm in the room. It worked the second night, but I would have liked it to be a little cooler.

The location and the design of the hotel were brilliant. We were in walking distance to the shopping centre, restaurants and the harbour. The hotel itself was stylish and tastefully decorated. Our room had a balcony overlooking the beautiful garden of the hotel. The staff, in particular Federico, went out of their way to make us feel welcome and comfortable. The other staff, too, were very friendly and attentative. We couldn't have asked for a better service. We had a wonderful stay there.

The apartment was very centrally located in town and free big car parkis just opposite the street near by the harbour and only 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Very easy access and convenient if you are coming via car. Shops and restaurants are right by your doorstep

on weekend it can be quite noisy if during peak season however the apartment come with ear plugs so I say this is quite thoughtful. It was only noisy because we left our window open to get some fresh air in the room. It is not to say the room does not come with air-conditioning which it does but we don't like using it.

The rooms were very nice. But what we really liked was that: we had a small problem and we told the owner and they went out of their way to make things right. Thank you so much for your kind and caring actions. You really changed our perspective. Sometime a solution is so much better. Once again thank you.

The interior designing is superb! At the beginning of the mai street of the city center, many restaurant and bars around, beautiful garden and all the staff was kind and helpful! Will be back for sure, thank you ♥️

Nothing, all good. If it had breakfast included in the garden bar would have been amazing!

Located at the starting of the main pedestrian street, close to public parking place and the "Ruota panoramica", the place is having nice decorated rooms with comfy beds. The host is very helpful in case you need something and he helped us a lot.

If you are looking for a quite place, you need to ask for room 2 or 3, because only those are with back view were you will not hear the music from the restaurant which is really loud from around 21:00 close to 1:00AM.

The room was spacious and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was easy and very quick. The location is wonderful—right at the start of the main street and port area. Even though we were told it might be noisy at night, we slept like babies and the street sounds didn’t bother us at all. I only wish we could have stayed longer

What a beautiful room! Cool decor and atmosphere above an outdoor restaurant. Only a few rooms and we felt like we were the only ones there. We had to check in ourselves as there was no staff when we arrived but it was well organized. Loved the location on the pedestrian street, loved the toiletries. What a hotel! Stay here, get a nice big room and modern bathroom. Wow!

Federico was the absolute best! He made our experiencie 100 Times better. Super kind, very attentive. Even gave us the best deals for car and boat rentals. Whenever we had a minor issue he gave us solutions. Thank you so much! I recommend this place a lot and much more for Federico that went above and beyond for us.

We rented this hotel because of the location. It is within walking distance of the ferry. We checked in early, and departed at 7 PM to catch a night ferry to Rome. We never met the host. He did have her print up a document we needed and left it outside. Clean room.

It can be a little loud with a restaurant immediately downstairs/outside
