The apartment was very centrally located in town and free big car parkis just opposite the street near by the harbour and only 2 minutes walk from the apartment. Very easy access and convenient if you are coming via car. Shops and restaurants are right by your doorstep

on weekend it can be quite noisy if during peak season however the apartment come with ear plugs so I say this is quite thoughtful. It was only noisy because we left our window open to get some fresh air in the room. It is not to say the room does not come with air-conditioning which it does but we don't like using it.

Located at the starting of the main pedestrian street, close to public parking place and the "Ruota panoramica", the place is having nice decorated rooms with comfy beds. The host is very helpful in case you need something and he helped us a lot.

If you are looking for a quite place, you need to ask for room 2 or 3, because only those are with back view were you will not hear the music from the restaurant which is really loud from around 21:00 close to 1:00AM.

Federico, the manager, was amazing! We had a special situation and he went out of his way to coordinate with us, and help resolve the situation. He is extremely professional, thoughtful, and helps make the customer experience unforgettable. Also, the property itself if very beautiful, and the rooms are even better than how they look in the pictures! Highly recommend.

Central location near shops and restaurants, lovely garden and very nice comfortable interiors. Nice touches with lovely smelling toiletries and air conditioning. Felt safe at the property. Staff was very helpful and immediately offered to carry our luggage to the first floor as soon as we entered through the gate.

The shower floor was very slippery and there was no floor drain, so the bathroom floor became quite wet (which we immediately mopped up with the extra towels)

The room and reception area are very nice, tasteful and decorated with attention to detail. The bed is nice and shower is good too. We even had a little bit of view of the water when standing on the balcony. The garden of the adjoining restaurant is beautiful.

When we arrived, we could not check in right away because I believe we should have contacted them separately with our time of arrival. They don’t have a reception all day and restaurant staff can’t help. But here in the booking app, it just gives you a window for check in.. Anyways we waited a bit for someone to come over, staff brought us a free drink, and then we could check in. One thing to note is that the breakfast is not really anything to speak of. We were hoping some breakfast in the garden but really it’s just a nespresso machine, pre-packaged crackers and croissants, and some jam. Even if it’s included in the price, I would not even mention it personally. It takes away from the otherwise very luxurious feel!

Hadn’t realised that what we’d thought was a garden below the room was, in fact, a bar/ restaurant complete with music.

We liked everything from the check-in to the check-out. Communication was excellent and the room exceeded our expectations! The bed was super comfortable!

Beautiful apartment, great location! Great views over the marina and up the main street. Great access to all restaurants and if you have a boat trip from the marina on molo brin which we did, was 2 minute walk to the catamaran. Perfect.

The hotel met our expectations, as we had read the reviews - which told us that the breakfast would be basic, also that there isn't manned reception, so you need to arrange your arrival time. We thought it was excellent value for money - a very central location, and the rooms were really big, with super comfy beds, and the air-conditioning worked, as well the bathroom was nice and new, and it was cleaned daily. Vanessa who managed the villa, was lovely.

Aside of the aforementioned negative, the only other thing to be aware of - is that the area is busy, as well there is a downstairs bar, so it is noisy at night (take ear-plugs).

My Wife stayed for a couple of night as a result of a missed flight. She could not stop enthusing about the place, the facilities and the help she received. She rated it 7stars out of 5!
