Great location - on the main street so you can reach restaurants and shops within seconds, but it's still not noisy overnight. Easy to get to the two churches and the waterfront, and only about 6-7 minutes to walk to a bus stop that takes you to the nearby beaches or the airport. Lovely A/C in the reception and room, which you'll need during a heat wave! I appreciated the fridge, coffee machine and biscuits! The staff let me leave my bags there when I arrived early and messaged me as soon as my room was ready, which was really helpful. Breakfast was not extensive, but definitely sufficient. The scrambled egg was delicious!

The room was small (as expected), but not really an issue as I was out most of the day anyway. It might have been a temporary restriction, but when I was there, it wasn't possible for tour companies to pick up from the hotel. It didn't cause any issues - I just had to walk a few minutes to an alternative site - but just something to bear in mind.

The value for money and the location and friendly staff were all so good! Would definitely like to go back again. We stayed here one night after our flight and it was ideal but could spend another couple of nights here easily! There are loads of bars and restaurants and shops right next to the hotel. We had a cute balcony overlooking the bustling street which was lovely. So clean and beautifully decorated. The staff were so so helpful, one chap even ordered us a taxi and walked us round the corner to meet it so we didn't get lost!

Not accessible by car/no parking, you have to get a taxi to a certain point then a small walk up the street but not a big deal!

Staff was friendly and treated everyone with respect. They bent over backwards to make sure I had everything. Breakfast was great, lots of options. Location is on the main street, within walking distance of most everything.

Because the hotel is location in a ZTL zone, a taxi cannot drop you off in front of the hotel, but that is common in many European cities, so I would not say that I didn't like it. The taxis conveniently leave you as close to the hotel as they can get, which is about 3-4 blocks depending on where they enter. It is also flat so easy to walk.

The hotel was right in the centre of town and easy to get to all restaurants and bars. The breakfast was ample and available till 10.00am. The staff were very helpful and friendly.

There is a bar beside the hotel which has loud music most nights you would need to ask for a room at the back of the hotel. We didn't move from our room at the front as we had a lovely view and we didn't let the noise bother us. The church bell rings from about 7.30am on the hour. The bins are collected and emptied early morning also.

Everything about my stay was simply perfect. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and very comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help. The food was delicious, and the breakfast was absolutely amazing. The service exceeded my expectations in every way. I truly enjoyed every moment and would highly recommend this place without hesitation.”

Great location in old town Olbia. Your in the thick of it there.

Nothing to do with the hotel. The folks in Olbia are a pretty lively bunch. Young and energetic, so at least when we there, the party is going on in the street until 2-3AM, so the music is loud. If that's what your after, you'll love it, if not, it will certainly keep you awake.

The hotel was perfectly situated in the middle of Corso Umberto which is the Main Street in Olbia close to all the excellent restaurants and bars. The staff at the hotel went above and beyond to accommodate us and provided a fan when their air con failed. This was repaired asap. The staff from reception, room cleaners and breakfast room waitresses were fantastic and there was always a good selection of continental meats, eggs, cheeses, breads, pastries etc as well as crispy bacon and scrambled eggs

The location was great, the view from the room also. We arrived in the evening, welcomed from the Latin music of the Cuban restaurant which lies just around the corner. Personnel was extra friendly and helpful when we needed assistance with communicating with an Italian driver who took us to Alghero. Top-notch was the tasteful crostata di albicocca which was served in the hotel breakfast and looked hand-made.

The only thing that we didn't love was the pillows, but I think this is just our personal opinion.

The location was great and the staff were amazing. Very pleasant and helpful-particularly the young lady who checked us out in the morning-I’m sorry I don’t know her name-she went to a lot of trouble to get taxis for us, helped us to the pick-up point and was so cheerful. Thank you!

ironically the location!...absolute bedlam in the morning ranging from the bar next door to the thousand million bottles collected at 5am every morning to the road cleaner wagon which literally shook the hotel foundations to the aimless church bells sounding at 7.18am!...why?? Of course this ist the hotel's fault but if you want a good night's sleep you ain't gonna get it
