Everything - central location, easy to find, great clean room and efficient automated management. Clear instructions on how to enter the house, flat and then room. It took me a minute to find the place from where the bus terminated. The airport bus 2 & 10 cost €2,50 which run every 15 minutes are found 2 minutes away over the railway crossing. Oh and just a few steps further on the other road side is the Lavazza cafe which gave an excellent breakfast for €3 Can't go wrong here😀

Everything is automated, there is no personal interaction, but plenty of prompts on the app if help is needed. Not a complaint, just how things are in this day and age.

The location was perfect: just few minutes walk from the city centre and the bus stop for busses going to the airport is just across the street. Despite its' central location it was very quiet during the night (and we had the room facing the street with shared bathroom). Everything was super clean. Air-conditioning was efficient and quiet. I had my doubts about the online check in system but it worked very well and was easy. Would love to stay here again.

You have to climb up to the 4th floor and the stairs are rather steep, no elevator. Since I knew this already beforehand, I was (mentally) prepared to it and so it didn't break my day.

Very close to city center and all the restaurants. Bus N.2 is across the street from the apartment and goes direct to and from aeroport (bus ticket 1.5€). Apartment of 4th floir has little balcony, view of the city and is clean. So is the bathroom, thou it is shared.

The apartment is on the fourth floor and no lift. Shared bathroom! Photos of the apartment are much nicer than in reality. Neighberhood seems a bit 'shady', but close to the center.

We liked that the room offered everything from the description. We had the smallest room “La Petite”, which was equipped with almost a full kitchen: coffees machine, small fridge, sink, silverware, glasses :). After 3 days, coffee, tea and water were even replaced. In this room we had to share a bathroom with another room, but it was never a problem, because the bathroom has been cleaned everyday. The balcony was even prettier than I imagined. It had a lovely view to the city and to the sunset (see pictures). The breakfast was in a nice local café in 5 minutes walking, next to an old and beautiful church (worth visiting). Our host, Massimiliano, was as friendly as you can imagine. He invited us to have breakfast together and we had a wonderful time together. In the last day he even brought us to the airport :) So we had a host and now a new friend.

Very close to the city centre and to the train station and main transportation to the airport. The room is quite big and the BB is quite cozy and very curated in its details (the wall paper is just simply amazing!).

The big door at the entrance is quite noisy, so when other guests enter the BB at night it wakes you up. Other than this, very great.

Very clear checking in instructions that worked. Good location. A great one-night stay on arrival at Olbia airport. It's basic but comfortable.

There was only one coffee capsule in the room despite being booked for 2 people. Had to carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs to the top floor.

The location is very central and you have easy access to the city, the bus which can take you to the beaches and the airport. The breakfast is nice and they prepare platters in advance, especially for people with an early check-out, so that was highly appreciated. The B&B was very good at accommodating an early check-in, but one way or another they would have held our luggage for us even if this wasn't a possibility. Entering the place is facilitated through the use of technology so remember to take pics of your access codes!

The bathroom was a bit outdated and small but served its purpose.

The room was very clean and tidy and the kitchen area was a good place to relax and have breakfast. It was a nice simple breakfast of cereal and croissant.

I had trouble getting in to the property, my phone was not working properly and had to ask the shop next door to call the number to enter the building. Once in it was not clear what number to enter to the apartment, luckily someone else was inside. I then found out the number to gain entry to room had changed from when I booked, this was a very stressful after a long journey.

The room was really nicely decorated and offers everything for a short stay. The solution for breakfast is also interesting and quite smart - having a breakfast in a café close by.

The neighborhood is suspicious and at first doesn't offer a relaxed feeling. Especially if you arrive in the evening. But in the end no problems.

Great location a few minutes into the main street in town. Very clean room and nice decoration. Helpful to have breakfast the next morning before heading out. I managed to find parking on the street but I know that isn't guaranteed.

It is a lot of stairs up to the BnB and the toilet is slightly small, but these weren't major issues for me.
