The apartment is clean and very spacious. It is also close to the center and many restaurants.

I did not like was the fact that I was forced to pay twice the deposit due to a failure in the host system. Basically, the host mentioned the deposit payment did not go through the first time even though I showed him on my phone that the money had been taken. He said I could not stay without paying deposit and that we have to try again, so I paid 250 EUR for the second time with a different card. After some days both deposits were returned, but having to pay 500 EUR instead of 250 EUR just because the host did not want to double check on the first try can be annoying in you are traveling on a budget.

The room was spotless! By far one of the cleanest room I've been whilst on holidays. Also, the room was spacious and nicely decorated. The building is located close to a nice little square and there's plenty of parking around. It's a quiet area and you feel well safe with the private entrance to the lovely courtyard. The building is not far from the city centre, walking distance to the train station and many shops. I definitely recommend you staying here.

Just a Little Little detail, our room had a standard Italian double bed (so really great size one) but with two separated mattresses, so could be a bit uncomfortable whilst sleeping. Nothing major though. I would like to have the option for breakfast-included.

There was no breakfast but cakes and crisp breads available with jams and spreads. Room was lovely and spacious. Bedding and towels changed regularly. Great location, short walk to main shopping and restaurant area. The airport bus stopped just at top of the road. Easy access to buses to beaches.

Unfortunately, several guests used the courtyard for loud conversation during early morning and evenings. Water could have been hotter.

The price - performance is good. The picture on the WebSite (Booking.com) show the inner courtyard - which we had no access to. Not sure if other rooms do or not. Our access was directly from the street. Is basically a bed and breakfast - without breakfast. The location is a bit off from the center of town, but if you are a walker (like us), you will have no problems. Breakfast was close by - Pasticceria (Segafredo Zanetti Mocci) - where you can get a simple Italian breakfast for a good price. Owner was very helpful - should call up to let him know when you will show up once you are close to the Inn. Surroundings is a bit messy (garbage on street) but I guess this is normal for most of the area.

Everything was good check in and departure excellent. Communication was very good. The rooms were lovely we stayed twice at the beginning of our trip and the end. Situated in a lovely courtyard and within walking distance (5mins) to train station and bus stops. I liked that although there was no option for breakfast you were provided with items in your room jam,toast etc very much appreciated 👍 I would definitely stay again very good value for money clean everything you need.

The area of the accommodation and the courtyard was a bonus. Walking distance to supermarket and bus stop. The rooms have ac which makes the summer heat outside bearable. Cold water in room with coffee and toast snacks is helpful.

Communication from the host was a problem. The key code to the main door was given but not to our apartment. And without the wifi code communication was even more difficult.

We were in Olbia for three days, mother & daughter time 🥰The stay was great, great theme-oriented, very clean apartment, staff super nice and also ready to take care of the luggage until the apartments are ready, gladly again ... public connection also good . Thank you very much

short walk to main high street bars and restaurants, free parking, chairs and coffee table outside room. mattress was very soft and comfortable, felt like memory foam.

there was no soap in the shower, so had to take the hand soap from the hand basin to use in shower. would have been better if a small shelf was in shower with soap provided

We liked the spacious, bright rooms & the communal terrace.

We didn't realise that there isn't a reception & that the office next door is only open at certain hours. I had sent a text via booking.com to request leaving our bags there, as we were arriving early, but didn't receive a reply. We decided to just turn up & it was just by chance that the office was open & we were, very kindly, allowed to check-in 5 hours early! The office closed soon after our arrival so I think we were lucky. However, there are telephone numbers on the door.

The enclosed courtyard was very nicely presented and incredibly tidy. There was clearly a lot of thought put in to decorating the coral room which was very spacious and tidy.

The only criticism we had was the low pressure in the shower. Showerhead could probably do with being replaced.
