Incredibly attentive staff! Although reception itself was rarely staffed Antonella got back to us via WhatsApp within minutes or drop by in person! Location was great, walkable distance to city centre, quiet, parking situation looked busy at first but we found a spot (free) for our rental within 2 mins of walking each night. Read in some FAQ section on booking.com that breakfast isn't included BUT IT IS! There's a breakfast area downstairs which is prepped the night before and you can self service your room-assigned breakfast plates from the fridge as early/late as you like and there's a small non-fridged buffet as well. Misc: There's only one large blanket per bed, but you can get another one of you prefer your own, there's AC though we didn't need it in May, there is a clean mini fridge, shower head is removable and water pressure excellent!

The staff were very helpful, the room was great and a perfect location to get into the main area of Olbia. Antonella was on hand to help with any questions we had about the area. Would recommend this accommodation.

The shower wasn’t great, as the temperature was slightly temperamental but a very small negative to a lot of positives.

Beautiful, spacious room with a balcony and a huge bathroom. Very friendly staff. The breakfast was better than the typical italian breakfast (just a cup of coffee and a pastry); here you had bread, salami, eggs, cereal, fruits, pastry, croissants, different types of coffee, juice.. Very good! Walking distance to the centre.

The parking depends on how crowded the streets are but we were lucky to find a spot quite near the hotel. The only minus I'd say is the size of the shower booth. In a huge bathroom there would have been room for a bigger shower, but that was very tiny and tight!

Very spacious rooms and easy to park (you always find parking, even if it’s one road away which is only a few minutes walk). Breakfast is basic but does the job (best part is croissants are freshly made every morning and they are excellent).

Shower cubicle was tiny - I’m 5”11 with a slim build and I struggled to turn in the shower! Also had issues with hot water in the shower where it would randomly turn cold and back to warm.

The location is close to the city center with free parking that you can always find. There is a pizzeria near the apartment with very good pizzas. If you arrive late, you can enter the apartment with a code in an easy way (easy self check in). The room was very large, clean, modern with a refrigerator. Salty and sweet breakfast, also for vegetarians and vegans (coffee, croissants, various juices, water, butter, jams, honey, fruit, yogurts, eggs, cheese, cereals, homemade cakes,...). The staff is very friendly.

The rooms and bathrooms are recently renovated with nice furniture and decor (like the photos show). Staff was very friendly and helpful- we requested to schedule a shuttle ride from the airport since the establishment advertises a shuttle service. The staff member explained that their shuttle service is a taxi, (cost: 25€ for 2 people) and arranged for the taxi to pick us up when our plane landed. The driver was very courteous.

There was no coffee or tea in the morning (this was during the off season, so I guess the kitchen was closed - I don’t know if they offer free coffee to guests who don’t buy breakfast when the kitchen is open). We stayed in a room at the front of the building, near the road, and there was a lot of traffic noise throughout the night. Also the curtains did not block out the lights from cars and streetlights. The other disappointment was that despite the fact that the bathroom was very large and elegant-looking, the shower was very small.

My room was large facing the road. It had a little balcony. The bathroom was large with plenty of towels. Very pleasant and efficient staff in reception and in the morning. The breakfast was 5€ it was good value.

Plenty of single use plastic shampoo and gel. I wish more places would use larger, refillable bottles on the wall. Toilet holder broken and chairs in balcony were rusty and uncomfortable. It wouldn’t cost much to make change this. Plastic cups for minibar. Also bottle of tonic in minibar, but no bottle opener. Piccy I know, but these small details are inexpensive to provide.

The room was very comfortable and clean. Our host Antonella was very helpful prior the start of our stay. Answering all the questions I had. Access to the accommodation was very easy especially that our flight was delayed. We were happy to stay to stay at Les Suites Magnolia. A 5 stars accommodation. Thank you very much Enzo.

Perfect location, not far from city centre. It’s easy to park on street even though it’s peak holiday season. Lovely staff. Good breakfast. Really convenient to drive to different viewpoints across northeast Sardinia.

Lovely, clean accommodation, situated 20 min away by foot from the city center. We liked that it was self check-in with very clear instructions. The room was spacious, very nicely decorated having a lavanda theme. It was perfect and comfortable for our one day trip in Olbia.
