We arrived late in Olbia by plane and had booked 2 nights, before we went to explore the island. 10 min by car from the airport, and room was nice. Great, great swimmingpool and friendly staff in the pool bar (as well as reception). 5-10 min walk to main shopping street with plenty of shops and cafes/restaurants. Free parking at the hotel.

Breakfast could have been better, if there had been a wider selection of fresh fruit, f.ex melons or grapes, and the cappucchino in the self service machine was not good.

The room was lovely, spacious, pleasantly scented, and the bathroom was very clean. Housekeeping did an excellent job. However, the room was not very well soundproofed, so some noise from outside could be heard. The service was excellent, and the food was both delicious and hygienic. The swimming pool was a bit small, but the poolside bar was great, offering a wide variety of drinks with good service. The location was convenient and close to the city center, making it easy to get around. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Mercure Olbia from June 5th to June 8th, and it was an unforgettable experience. The hotel itself is fantastic, offering a comfortable stay with excellent amenities. I was pleasantly surprised to receive a slightly upgraded room, which made my stay even more enjoyable. The kitchen at Mercure Olbia was also very nice. My stay included breakfast every morning, which had a great variety of light food, fruits, sandwiches, and drinks. It was a perfect start to each day. A special mention goes to Daniel, the receptionist. He was incredibly helpful, especially during late nights and early mornings when most places were closed. Daniel went out of his way to organize some light snacks for me and provided invaluable advice on exploring Olbia and what to expect during the summer season in Sardinia. His friendliness and dedication truly made a difference and enhanced my overall experience at the hotel. Thank you, Mercure Olbia, and a heartfelt thank you to Daniel for the outstanding service. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Olbia.

I honestly don't have any complaints for the hotel. My needs were satisfied.

Breakfast was excellent. Pool area was clean. Staff at pool bar were friendly and helpful. Great location near shops and lots of restaurants nearby. Superior room was very roomy.

Hotel leaflet in reception said there was a courtesy bus to the beach but the public bus was the only option to travel to the beach unless we hired a car. Pool closed at 18:30 to facilitate dining beside the pool for dinner. We ate in the hotel eating by the pool was lovely but I would have liked to swim later than 18:30.

Although located in a not so attractive location and despite my initial bad experience with them on my Booking of 21st July, Mercure Olbia was really impressive. Especially the Rooms. Very clean, attractive, comfortable rooms. Far better offering than Mercure Roma!!! If I ever go back to Olbia, I'd definitely opt to stay at Mercure Olbia! It far superceded Mercure Roma!

Location and their terrible service on my initial Booking of 21st July. And, I struggled to get to the Hotel as Olbia doesn't have the best Public Transportation AND the Hotel doesn't have a shuttle service.

The Location was fantastic and so were the facilities.

we weren't told about the towels for the pool and that we would get charged for them. we thought we had to hand them in every day?? .also, we didn't have breakfast included, which was fine, but I had to ask for a kettle and accessories. and we had 2 bottles of STILL WATER FROM THE FRIDGE, and on check out, I was charged for the mini Bar?? I thought the water was free on arrival??

Lovely hotel with modern interior. We had an upgrade to a suite, which had a huge comfy bed, large walk-in shower, sitting area and large terrace. The hotel is close to bus stops, train station and had a large car park. Easy walk into town. Restaurant is open for lunch and dinner. Very helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

I really liked the free parking inside the hotel, the rooms were clean, beautiful pool and the position near the airport!

The elevator was quite slow (it stopped every time on every floor). Gluten free breakfast not so good 😕 I’m celiac and there was little choice for gluten free sweets… I suggest to implement other food brands or make handmade products!

We only used the hotel to sleep and breakfast! Can't rate the other facilities. But the room was clean and spacious. The syaff was lovely. Close to restaurants, walking distance. Free and easy access car park.

The breakfast was not bad, but no gluten free or vegetable drinks were available. The bread was stale :(

The amenities are excellent. Room is big and the bed is comfortable.I like the gym the most because of the many possibilities to work out; and it is one of the reasons I extended my stay. Breakfast is great as well: options also included gluten-free bread.

Not so central but the city center can be reached by walking for around 15 minutes.
