The house is clean and large: good for a family stay. The location is also nice because it’s accessible to bus stops from where you can go to some beaches and the airport.

It’s safe to use insect repellent and mosquito coils when staying in the garden because the garden may have some mosquitoes, depending on the season. That would be the only point you need to be aware of.

We loved the spacious apartment and wonderful garden. It was also a 15 min walk into the city. Good communication

Just a few little things : no toaster , a new kettle needed because the lid would n't stay down.

Great communication from host, lovely property. Great location, one straight road away from the town with restaurants, shops etc.

Kitchen facilities could be improved as can be tricky to find cutlery etc.

Bedrooms noisy traffic passing by. Location not great as area but rather run down with lot of litter ! Also about 15mns walk to the centre of Olbia

You can hear all the noise from the street., very much trafic. All the furniture îs very very old..

Location was good overall. Parking is free on the street.

The place was not clean. The mattress and pillows were covered by mould. In the living room, sofa was really dirty. Overall, the cleanliness was not controlled. The street is very noisy as a lot of cars take this street everyday. The host was not here and did not even ask us if we need something. I do not recommend this place.
