We loved our stay at Il Giardino Degli Oleandri! - Great location, less than a 5 minute drive to Porto Cervo, good restaurants and supermarkets within a 3-12 minute drive. - The apartment was clean and tidy. - Friendly and staff who were kind enough to book a boat tour of La Maddalena for us. - Super quiet and relaxing place nestled in beautiful gardenscapes.

The kitchen did not have any essentials e.g. salt, pepper, olive oil or dishwasher pods to allow us to use the machine.

Ghani the host in the reception was fantastic, and the apartment was spacious and had a fantastic terrace with a great view to the sea.

Larger pool area, but every thing worked well. Not many people, so that was great.

An older holiday apartment resort with lovely staff, there was a small shallow pool and a bigger one across the road in the neighbouring resort we could use. The location was great with restaurants a easy 15-20 min walk away or a very short drive and a little beach close by(about 500m). The manager was great and so lovely to deal with, as was the cleaner on hand. The place was was great as a base for exploring.

The apartments are a bit older and the amenities on site and in the rooms are a little dated. BUT Sardinia is stunning and one should be out exploring. The bathroom was a bit tricky as there was no proper shower ie you had to hold the shower head in the bath.

In reality property and all the surrounding facilities looks better than from photos. Been surprised how beautiful all the complex is

everything was great overall but if I really have to find something to complain about, the beds were a bit hard, we had to do our own dishes, toilet paper was just one roll for 1 week

- not recommended if you search for a self catering accommodation (kitchen really small, induction hob but only two plates working + not all pots worked on the induction hob, knifes not sharp, no salt and pepper) - only bath tub/no shower (as shown on the pictures), however we did not expect that there was not even an opportunity to hang the shower head - small flies in the kitchen and bathroom - musty smell and mold in the bathroom - toilet brush super dirty - lumpy mattress

The appartement was on lower ground floor, a bit dark. It smelled musty like in a damp cellar. The bathroom was worn and needs urgent renovation. A better room was not available. We had to pay for our 8 year old boy 500€ extra fee, but we are still struggling to receive an invoice.
