The staff were friendly.

The steps in the room, they would be dangerous for anyone that got up in the night. No control of the temperature in the room, it was hot outside and heating was on, no aircon!!!

I liked the style of it very Mediterranean . Also we had a private terrace with two sun beds which was nice. All the staff were lovely and very helpful especially Nicola in the restaurant and also the concierge, I didn’t catch his name

The taxis out the front of the hotel, they have a meter running so if you get stuck in traffic it’s very expensive, our taxi to Palau was 120euros for a half hour journey and only 80 euros to come back with a local driver!! They seem to start with 10 euros on the meter before you start. The prices in the restaurant and bar were very high!! 30 euros for a mojito and 13 for a small bottle of peroni! More than you pay in the savoy in London !

It was truly the staff that make this place magical. I can’t praise the Concierge team enough. CHRISTIAN is an absolute Sardinian legend. The things he researches and checks for you to make sure your time is amazing. Tullio is a humble and absolute expert gentleman. He was willing to map out every trail for you. Alessandro was the nicest young man. This concierge team is literally the best on the island. Humble. Incredibly knowledgeable, and will make you laugh nonstop. The breakfast was really great. Andrea always had a smile On his face to help and made sure we started our day in the best possible way. The porter’s Roberto / Emmanuele — such nice guys who would always help, never expected a tip. The room was gorgeous felt like you were in a reimagining of the 1960s glamour. Spotless clean. Beautifully appointed. Not a single thing out of place.

That we didn’t stay longer

We ate at the hotel restaurant for dinner one night, and were very taken aback by the outrageous prices for water, salad, and soup. Most salads and soups were not shareable and cost 28-32 Euro. Water is 10 Euro a bottle! The eight of us ordered 10 bottles and so we paid 100 Euro for water! When I complained, the waiter said the price is on the wine menu - I don't drink wine so I would have never seen the price. We falsely assumed that the water price was comparable to other restaurants (2-3 Euro). The food was good, not outstanding. Because of the prices for water, soup, and salad, I cannot recommend this restaurant to anyone.

nice clean hotel with comfortable beds good standard and clean rooms with very good service within rooms - changing of towels- turn down etc - Location good and very easy access to all bars restaurants and shops. All staff excellent very helpful at all times and welcoming . Also Complimentary water in room each day and evening if required - loved the tender rib boat ride to the hotels lovely little private beach which was quite basic but had a lovely time there as very peaceful and beautiful.

The bars drinks very expensive even for coffee and tea - but I had been warned about this so it didn’t upset our stay - the sad thing is it makes you drink locally elsewhere rather than at hotel.

We did not like the restaurant Pescatore owned by the hotel but outside the grounds. The Somelier tried to have us order wines over 1,000 euro a bottle and the food waiter ignored the fact that 2 out of 4 of us did not enjoy our meal. This service was in contrast to the excellent service in the hotel

The hotel - clean & posh, the staff - friendly & helpful, the restaurant - great, the food - tasty, the wines - good selection / perhaps a little bit overpriced/, the service - first class. A big "Thank you" to all of Cervo staff ! We will definitely come again.

Was amazing place to stay Breakfast was awesome as was the restaurant for dinner.

A little disappointing as surrounding shopping precinct and restaurants were closed for renovations. Transport anywhere is rather expensive.

Location is amazing in the middle of everything and novikov right infront of the hotel

Location perfect Recommend to rent car to take tour the island is very nice and a lot of ports
