The host was super friendly and helpfull. We arrived way before the check in hour and we were able to leave the luggages in the B&B. She also gave us a lot of tips about nice places to visit and activities to do in island Magdalena. The room (and bathroom) size, cleaness and decoration was very good and nice with view from the balcony to the sea. Also very nice and special point was the breakfast,which took place in the upper floor terrace of the hosts home, with views to the mountains and sea. The breakfast itself was prepared in a very lovely, beautiful and personalized way. Different homemade sweets tipical from Sardinia were provided every morning besides of eggs, coffee, etc. All in all we had an incredible stay, feeling like at home.

You will feel better than at home and you will be spoilt by delicious home cooked breakfasts, served on the shaded terrace with beautiful views on the archipelago. What more can you wish for?

Not super close to the town centre (20 mins walk) but that makes it super easy to find parking, which can be scarse on the island. So not really a downside.

A bit of a walk into town (about 20 mins) but fine if you have a car which is easy to park on the streets.

The owner who attend the place is incredibly nice and helpful, and the breakfast experience is amazing with a good view of the area.

Parking was a little complicated but was sortable

The room was very spacious, comfortable and exceptionally clean! We had a car so it was really close to the city center and it was easy to find parking right in front of the B&B. The breakfast was amazing and was everyday prepared with great care by our hostess Tanya! It really made us feel like home! We will be very happy to stay here again if we return to La Maddalena.

Everything was perfect!

The island is amazing and thania provide us a super experience, the stay is good, super clean and beauty the room. The host provide us a breakfast with some traditional sardinea sweets. She provided us goood recomendation

Tania was super friendly, breakfast is big and yummy, the views are gorgeous and the room is super comfortable. It’s like being at home. It’s not in the centre, but it’s just a 20 min walk or 4 min drive. Strongly recommend it.

Nothing to point out, everything was amazing.

We really liked Tanya's hospitality, welcoming character and her lovely self-baked breakfast. Everything was really clean and tidy and Tanya absolutely thought about every little detail. We loved the conversations we had with her about for example the Island and our personal lives and really enjoyed the stunning nature of the islands. At the beginning we didn't realise there was no airconditioning in our room. But later we experienced that this was not a necessity. Even in summer time this is not needed as the outside temperatures were pretty comfortable on the island.

We enjoyed our walks to the city center (especially the way back after a heavy Italian dinner). But be aware that this is a 20 min walk and don't expect this to be an idyllic route :).

Tania takes great care of the property. The cleanliness was exceptional. The room was very spacious, with well designed bathroom and private balcony, too. The breakfast was very nice, also prepared with very much care and love. We enjoyed our stay at The Roses Garden.

Tania was very welcoming, answered all of our questions, and had a beautiful home! Location is perfect with only a short drive to all the main bits! Breakfast was wonderful, thank you for the homemade pastries!
