The bedroom was clean, bed and pillow were comfortable, shower had a good pressure! The breakfast was simple but everything very tasty and good quality. Staff are very friendly! Thank you Valentina and Paula.

The receptionist Debora was very polite and efficient. The bed and shower were comfortable. Location is perfect. Close to the ferry station and center of the island.

The linens were stained. The breakfast is a little bit poor (bread, coffee, croissant). The structure is a pretty old and needs more maintenance.

The location is quite good, walking to the harbour is about 10 min. The room was basic but for 2 nights okay. The ladies at the reception/bar were very friendly and helpful.

The wifi does only work in the lobby, not in the rooms. In general the hotel seems worn out a bit and the equipment is older.

Doable distance to the boat/port.

It's a relatively short walk (less than 10 minutes from the port/boat), but it's a stiff walk up. They were not very knowledgeable on the local transport, not even knew where the grave of Italian's national hero Garibaldi on the nearby neighbour (and connected by bridge) island of Caprera island was. My personal opinion is that ofcourse you have to provide room and breakfast as your main items, but some local knowledge on touristic points of interest should be part of your job as well. And if you don't have it, you should be eager to find out about it to answer the question for your guest. But this was also not the case. The hotel looked familyrun to me, so then you probably don't come across topics that might pass you when you would do education on hotel/tourist management. At first they also wanted to stick to their set check in times. They said the room was not ready yet. Instead they were busy cleaning the lobbyfloor and garden. So to put a conclusion in one sentence: They could do with some more flexibility and better prioritizing.
