Good sized room with decent kitchenette facilities. Our room was on the ground floor, we had a balcony but it was always in shade as it was blocked by a tree, which was a pity. Comfortable bed. Really nice staff who were happy to accommodate any request. Plenty free parking within 50 metres so no need to pay hotel for parking.

The owners really need to do a training course on communications. They send emails outlining extra charges that will be applied if you do not comply with their rules. They made check-in sound very complicated saying that there would be an extra charge if you wanted someone at reception for check-in. In reality check-in was simple - you picked up your key from a key box! There was a note on the table that we would find a free gift in the fridge. We opened the fridge to find one small bottle of water!! You have to ask "WHY BOTHER"? It was a twenty minute walk to town with no restaurants or bars on the way.

Wow, everything was perfect. Valeria and Doriana were great from the moment of booking. The full trip with Enzo and Mateo was an amazing experience, and half day trip with Julio was also an amazing experience. We rent a scooter, a dinghy and if you know what you are doing I advise renting a dinghy as if you damage it then you will have to pay quite a lot, but luckily we were okay as my husband is experienced, but I enjoyed more doing the tours with Enzo and Julio in my opinion. Maybe book the tours in advance because we booked when we got there and then it was too late to book second tours as we love it so much. Well the breakfast, what to say OMG, it was SOOO good, a variety of ham and cheeses everyday, the fresh bread and croissants were to die for, and the cakes, and the cooked bits as well everyday was different, the girls and boy from the breakfast were great and also all the cleaners, it was the perfect holiday with the perfect hosts, you should have more than 3 stars, thank you so much, we will be back ;) The place was spotless clean, OMG everyday ... you could smell the freshness of the cleaning ...

Excellent room, spacious with kitchenette and balcony, quiet location, close to water, included superb breakfast.

Military style control over check-in (€30 fee applies if done after 1pm), and rules regarding inventory of room items.. There was a €50 security deposit that was conveniently not mentioned in the confirmation from Booking or the hotel. Never been asked this before! The rules were posted everywhere in the rooms, putting the fear in God into you in case you broke an (IKEA) glass! This spoilt an otherwise perfect stay, as Maddelena was a stunning island 🥰 and the hotel was of a high standard.. Not situated in the port (old town) it's a 20min walk but worth it!

Staff were lovely, very clean. nice little kitchen to make more coffee etc in the morning. Breakfast good quality and good coffee. About 15 min walk from the main town

Not much in the surrounding area and view from the balcony was the back of a supermarket. The scooter that came with our room broke down which did affect our plans for island but the hotel offered a part refund to compensate which was fair.

Sadly I only got to stay one night here, but I wish I would have stayed longer! It was spacious, clean, sea view, and lovely breakfast. Very nice staff. Close to where most boat tours go out for the day. Close to big market, and nice beach! It's about 20 minute walk to the main area, in which I stayed the next three nights at, but I found myself on this part of the island more than in the main town. So don't hesitate to book here.

Staff were very helpful and welcoming. They helped us to organise boat hire and even returned lost sunglasses after we had left them on the boat. Breakfast was good and rooms very clean,

We have 2 teenage boys. One of the single beds was uncomfortable. Probably OK for younger guests. We had an issue accessing Garage as we didn't have the code for the barrier so only used our prepaid parking spot for one of the three nights we paid for it. With hindsight, we could have dispensed with the extra expense of the parking spot.

We had a lovely room in this quiet location very close to the sea and 5 mins drive from the ferry port. The room was fully equipped with a kitchen and very comfortable. Breakfast was delicious and brought to our room. Due to our timing we didn't see many staff but the people we dealt with were lovely and very helpful Plenty of free parking

Big clean rooms. Excellent service from the staff, who were very patient with my terrible Italian. Lovely small shady garden. Parking (we booked for on-site, free on street, looked easy in June). Pictures and sculptures adding character. We really enjoyed our stay here.

A little outside the centre, but walkable. Not a big deal.

It was clean, comfortable, the breakfast was great and the staff are brilliant. Our room was new so clean and tidy during our stay. There is free parking just a two mins walk from the hotel. The hotel is approximately a 20 min walk from the main area, but this is split between walking along the sea and the town. A perfect length stroll after dinner in town. You can a ski hire beach towels and umbrellas for the beach.

Hotel located 15 mins walk from city center, just by the sea. Rooms are spacious and well equiped and choice of breakfast very generous.

There is no reception at the hotel and all the communication informs you about additional fees for asking staff. You can perfectly live without such additional services, but creates odd feeling.
