A well kept hotel with comfortable beds and friendly staff. The hotel is conveniently located close to both the ferry port and bus station, so we could easily walk with our luggage since we came from Corsica and would pick up our rental car in Olbia after two nights in Santa Teresa. We appreciated the arrangements for both earlier check in and later check out and the good and prompt response to any questions we had. Breakfast was very good and our son especially loved the pancakes! As we were off to an early boat trip one morning and would miss the breakfast, they made us packed breakfast, which was really nice. Our rooms had a small fridge and on the balcony we could hang out our swim suits. There is an open air/covered lounge area on each floor that we used to relax.

The A/C could have been even stronger.

A really decent accommodation 12 minute walk from the heart of the town. It covered all the basics and was a clean, comfortable room. Really good value for money. We arrived early and the cleaning lady was so friendly and helped show us where to check-in etc. The breakfast was the best we had out of our 4 hotels in Sardinia! the croissants were freshly baked and we were served a delicious warm almond slice too. eggs, cheese, hams, bread etc also avail. Coffee was good too. Would recommend this place for short stays. There was no parking, which we knew in advance, but we easily found a spot for free right outside the building.

Bit of a surprise. Great location to the bus coming in from Porto Cervo and very easy walk to the ferry to Bonifacio, Corsica. Our room was very spacious, clean and comfortable bed. The breakfast included was fabulous - very fresh and lovely assortment. An easy walk to the old town for dinner. Really happy with staying here!

It was very close and easy to walk to both ferry and bus station. The restaurant downstairs was excellent! And the attention to provide service and hospitality was exceptional! The room was very comfortable and the overall decor was lovely. Having an outdoor sitting area just outside my room was a plus. And I was delighted to find that there was an elevator!

The location was excellent - close to bus terminal, town centre and ferry. The owner or manager Paola was very helpful and friendly. She provided us with two excellent breakfasts, much more than we could eat. Both rooms in which we stayed also had huge terraces in the shade. Furnishings and decor were functional for an overnight.

The front room, in which we stayed on our first night, was a bit noisy but this was to be expected, as it looked out on the main street and junction that carried traffic from the ferries. Unfortunately the pizzeria on the ground floor was not open during our visit, though we were able to find many other restaurants nearby.

The staff was very friendly. Got constant updates on WhatsApp. Cleaning lady was charming and friendly as well. The breakfast was really really good, plentiful and delicious.

Very good location, close to the harbour (5min) and 20 min walking from the beach. It was important for us because we travelled to Corsica by ferry one day. Room is in a very good size, bed is comfortable and big enough. Despite the room is facing to the street, it is still silent. Breakfast is rich with pastries, ham&cheese, fruits, cakes.

I had a large room with a huge balcony. The bed was very comfortable. Great breakfast and friendly, helpful staff. Perfect location for me, very close to the bus station and harbor, but also the city center and the beautiful Rena Bianca beach.

Breakfast was good. Suite was renovated and clean. Secure and safe. Paola the host was great. Very professional and helpful.

We were travelling by public transport and were delighted to find that the hotel is a short walk from the bus station and, in the morning, we had an easy stroll downhill for the ferry to Corsica. The hotel itself is simple but well appointed. An attractive feature was the spacious seating/meeting areas outside the rooms. Breakfast was particularly good and healthy.

We would probably have eaten in the restaurant but as it was at the end of summer season and not open midweek. We did find an excellent restaurant a few yards away
