The view from the Villa, the facilities in the apartment, the big garden, the staff very attentive and professional, the possibility to get a relaxing massage directly in the Villa. The sunbads and ombrellas reserved for the resort at the beach are in a private area and there is a wide space between the different spots. The staff at the beach is also very attentive.

If you want to go by walk to the beach, the climbing from beach to the villa is quite challenging, especially in the heat. A regular beach service with the mini golf car around the resort would be a plus. The music at the beach is continuous. It would be nice to hear sometimes only the sound of the waves of the sea.

We have seen quite some locations on Sardinia by now. This one is good, but definitely not superb. The location at the beach is wonderful, and Palau is quite nearby. The appartment was clean and staff was friendly. The appartment is spacious and the garden is big enough to let the children do their thing. The outdoor shower is a plus. So is the private barbecue. The AC in every main room works well (but we only used it for heating). Furniture is comfortable. The shower is also good. Too bad the beach club was not open yet, because I think this might be a big plus, looks beautiful.

I expected somewhat more. The pictures don't say enough about the specific villa. We only had sea view if we stood up, because the hedge blocks the view. Biggest flaw was the kitchen, mainly the kitchen utensils. At home, for example, I do mind about worn down frying pans. I did not use them in the villa, because they where way to damaged according to my standards. The kitchen itself is so-so. There was lack of those little details that make the difference. The mattresses were not comfortable.

The facility is old. The kitchen has no « modern » coffee machine. The dishwasher was not working, power button was broken. The shower shower head was broken and was loose. The curtains in the bedroom were not opaque. The barbecue outside is just a piece of concrete and a grill which is not convenient. The daily cleaning was lacking professionalism, nothing was done, no sweeping, no trash removing, no soap refill. Just the bed was done. The outdoor terrasse floor was dirty and our feet were black after stepping onto it. Unfortunately some construction site was just in front of our house. The beach bar/restaurant was closed after 8pm which did not leave any close option for dinner. The closest supermarket is not at walking distance and needs 10min driving.

This vilas resort is very beautiful. The small houses are very close to the sandy beach where the sea even in the middle of October was beautiful to swim. The vila we had was absolutely private place where we had a lot of calm and relaxing time. We enjoyed staying there very much. Tha place is very close to the centre of Palau so we took a one day yacht trip around La Maddalena which was also very nice and I higly recommend it.

Only one thing, I would add more basic food like salt, pepper, oil, coffee, tea. There was only little bit of salt and pepper and it wasn´t enough for 3 days. There was no coffee.

Excellent service, clean air, sea view and mountain view at the same time. We did not need to turn the AC on as the house was built with thick walls and there was a nice wind all the time. I loved the house in general. Kitchen is well equipped, it was comfortable to cook.

The beach is very small, there are nicer beaches in the area. The beach cafe is very expensive, they charge for a small portion of tomato pasta 17 EUR! The beds are very noisy, one of us had to move out to another room from the master bedroom as we woke up each other by moving. We had some technical difficulties with the washing machine, but there was always someone in the staff to help us out. There is a party till 11PM every night at the neighbouring camp site.

This is definitely a little hidden gem in Sardinia. The resort sets in a beautiful and quiet area with over view of the sea. Large sandy beach is within a few mins walking distance, really clean and private. You can also walk across the rocks and find little hidden small beaches between rocks. Kids had a great fun playing there. The Villa is perfect, large garden, big rooms across the kitchen, bedrooms and toilet and shower for each room too! It has everything you need to stay in or go out. The view from the villa is incredible, it is super calming each morning when we woke up and look at the mountains and ocean connecting with each other. The staff are exceptional, from the minute you arrive throughout the whole stay. We left our passports and ID in the safe, they called immediately and kept them safe until we return. We are extremely grateful for their honesty and kindness.

The location of the villa, on the hill overlooking the golf, it is really splendid. The beach next to the complex is nice, not the best but nice. What is great, if the possibility of doing water sports, at very decent prices, right there. Wind surfing, paddle boarding, kayak, sailing etc. The size of my villa was a bit on the small size for my family (2+2). Nice terrace though. Bed ok but the couch for the kids... a bit on the small side. There was no food included, so no review there. The staff at the reception were very nice and the communication was very good.

For our family of 4, for 4 days, we got 1 little soap, and one small shower gel. For the price we paid for the whole 4 days, and the size of the family providing us with 2 or maybe 3, would have made more sense. They are likely 1 extra euro max.

Location - secluded yet close to all amenities (Palau is 7 min away, with all shops, supermarkets, bakery, pharmacy, marina, etc.) View - overlooking hills, sea, mountains. Villas - simple but in a good way, well equipped and spot on for families. We travelled with 5yo and 7 weeks old baby - having 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and equipped kitchen was very convenient. Cats - we had 7 clean and amazing cats basically living with us (we love cats). They wouldn’t bother you if you don’t feed them though (we did lol - 10kg of food in 5 days haha).

A little dated bathrooms and kitchen but perfectly usable.

Absolutely gorgeous location with sea and Mountain View’s from the villa. The villas are very private with lots of garden space, sun loungers and bbq - so much so that you could stay there all day. Comfortable spacious bedrooms, 2x full bathrooms which was great, and a well equipped kitchen.

Night time garden watering system sprayed onto the patio making it wet in the morning but as soon as we mentioned this to the team a gardener arrived and sorted for us.
