We had a fabulous 3 night stay. The location was fabulous with a short walk to the port area. The view from our room was spectacular and the balcony huge with a table, chairs and a clothes drying rack. The fridge had a freezer unlike others we'd stayed in so we were able to make icecubes for drinks. And the breakfast was the best we'd had in Sardenia - sweet, savoury, hot and cold. Very impressive. The staff were wonderful with a warm, family feeling. The room decor was basic but everything we needed and impeccably clean. We would definitely choose to stay again.

The attention and care we had from the ladies at the reception was incredible and super professional. Our triple room was almost on top of the complex (where you can get only on foot), but it was worth it! A huge terrace where you can enjoy a spectacular sea/harbour view. And the room itself had enough space for 3 adults. Breakfast includes enough options for different tastes. Cudos to all the guests (no noise or disrespectful behaviour). We truly enjoyed every bit of this hotel! And would love to come back!

Breakfast was lovely. The man clearing tables and bringing food was very attentive. Cleaners were amazing - running down to reception when I left a small item. Reception was nice, staff were helpful by letting us leave our bags all day before check-in, location was very useful for the beach, restaurants, boat companies etc.

Only small - It's inconvenient not being able to drink any water at the hotel. We weren't clear at check-in that this didn't just apply to the common areas - even the water in our room was not potable (sings in the common areas but not in our rooms - maybe add this?). Not much they can do about it I guess.

We really enjoyed our stay in Hotel Piccada which is a short walk from the town and harbour. We had a top floor room with sensational views. The room iself was very comfortable and the breakfast provided was excellent. No kettle or tea/coffee in the room but the staff, who were most helpful, were happy to make you a cuppa at any time.

Wifi not great; I suspect our room, being on the top floor, was too far from reception.

The location is a few steps from the harbor and convenient for taking boat excursions. Not much parking at the hotel itself, but easy to find alternative free street parking nearby. There is an all you can eat breakfast and they don't run out of things like at some places I've stayed at. There is an elevator and I had a very large room 111 with a balcony. I felt that the hair dryer really wasn't robust enough. It just didn't seem to have enough power. A very good choice if you are staying in Pulau.

Breakfast was very good. Croissants were very good. There could be an omelet service after 9 am, as I believe it was finishing early. The staff was very nice. Generally we enjoyed our stay

The room was too dark, and there was little light coming from a small window. For the value of the money, the shampoos or other types of stuff were too weak

Great location. 5 mins walk to the city centre and the marina with restaurants and a little market. Upgraded our room to one with a seaview. Definetly worth it. Full view of the Marina. Buy local wine, cheese, sausages or whatever and enjoy it on the balcony!! Amazing receptionist. They made you feel welcome and were always smiling. Anazing breakfast and service. They never ran out of anything. Quick to clean and refill. Great communication , advice and recommendations. Definetly recommendable!

The roome/hotel felt a bit old, but was fully functionable and great in size!!

The room is very spacious with access to a small terrace. It is a few minutes walk to the marina which makes it super easy to get to your boat trip. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. Daniela the receptionist was super friendly and gave us some tips to continue on our journey.

This is a great hotel! We especially appreciate their kind approach to pets. In general, all personnel members could not be kinder. The breakfast is quite nutritious. The location is remarkable, right in the centre of the town.

The location was perfect, beautiful views and in walking distance of the port. Hotel was very clean and comfortable. Great value for money.

Beds are uncomfortable, but this was not unique during our entire stay in Italy.
