This is a beautiful old house that has been fully renovated. It has 2 gorgeous roof terraces, the upper one with views of the dramatic coast line and the town plaza so you can see everything that's going on. Daria is a wonderful host and for the quality of the accommodation and good self service breakfast it is very good value. Daria goes over and above what you might expect from a B an B host and is also a lovely person.

I cant really think of anything that should be better. Maybe the room was a bit small but if you pay for it you can have a bigger room so I have no problem with that.

Our favorite stay during our ten day trip in Sardinia! It felt like a home away from home. The hostess was amazing and one-of-a-kind. She's very welcoming and helpful if needed- she had even made a list of all the local restaurants offering vegetarian options for me! Location was top (a few minutes walk from the beach), there was a lot of outdoor terrace space to lounge, room was lovely and big, bed was comfortable, and breakfast was great. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Daria has been an amazing, very caring, capable and entertaining host. The location, right on the center of Santa Teresa means you’re 5 minutes away from everything. The breakfast with local bread and sweets is one of a kind. The room has been incredibly comfortable, and we were given all the comforts (to say one, Daria has provided us with an beach umbrella to use so you don’t need to get one yourself) An experience we won’t forget and you won’t either!

The location was great and every detail of the property was beautiful. The views from the roof top deck were amazing and the breakfast was lovely. We were treated with so much warmth and given tons of information and recommendations for the area. We hope to return someday!

The location, the room, the terrace, everything about this B&B was perfect! Daria is a lovely host and she makes you feel at home. We would do aperitivo every evening at the lovely terrace with the city and sea view. We loved our stay and we would definitely stay here again!

Loved the 2 rooftop terraces and patio the house has. Owner was very kind. Nice breakfast with pastries, bread , fruits and eggs. We got a free upgrade to a bigger room with balcony. They had free snorkel glasses and beach parasols we could use.

Our room was on the street side, can be a bit noisy in the evening

Daria is the most incredible host - so helpful, kind and caring. The property is also absolutely gorgeous and so well located. The rooms are comfortable, clean and cozy! We loved our stay so much - we can’t wait to be back in the future.
