This hotel has breathtaking views, great location, and above all really helpful, professional and friendly staff. The food in the restaurant (cooked by chef Francesco) is amazing and Mattea, Matteo and Maurizio took really good care of us. The breakfast was also amazing and of great variety! We will definitely return.

There was a strong chemical smell of the cleaning products and bleach in the room and in the hallways. We had to air out the room for hours on the first day before we could stay there. And we didn't get cleaning for the remainder of our stay for the same reason. I have strong allergies and I'm very sensitive to chemicals so it was a big problem for me but it may not be for everyone.

Everything was wonderful. The hotel has so many great features. Having a sea view was the biggest blessing — we enjoyed the most spectacular sunsets right from our room’s terrace. The beach the hotel has access to is just a short walk away and it’s absolutely perfect. No wonder it’s a Blue Flag beach. There’s a small restaurant on the ground floor, overlooking the sea, where the food is delicious and the staff are incredibly friendly.

The parking fee was quite high, but that wasn’t just at the hotel — it was the same all over the island.

We were absolutely thrilled with our stay at this hotel! From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect. The hotel was easy to find, and the staff were incredibly kind and welcoming. Every day, they happily recommended places for us to visit, and their suggestions turned out to be truly amazing. To our surprise, we were upgraded to a better room free of charge. We stayed in room 213, which had a beautiful terrace with a stunning sea view — an absolute dream! The room itself was immaculate, the beds were exceptionally comfortable, and the bedding was luxurious. Everything was in top condition, and it made our stay even more enjoyable. Breakfast was another highlight — varied, delicious, and freshly prepared. The breakfast staff were also very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great experience. We wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to everyone. We would definitely love to come back!

Gorgeous hotel right on the water, We had a sea view 4th floor room. The balcony was large and has clothes dryer. The view was amazing. The staff were very kind and helpful. We never had to look long for help. It was great to have the lounge area by the water and towels provided. We ate dinner at the restaurant one night and enjoyed it. The beds were comfortable and there was enough space for clothes for two people. Breakfast was ample and good.

You are not allowed to swim in the pool. Which is also nice because there are no children screaming and yelling (also called playing) in the pool to ruin the tranquility. I could see visiting during the high season a different experience.

Great staff, good breakfast, pet friendly and spacious room

The main reason we booked this hotel was that it’s pet friendly, since we wanted to bring our small dog. The staff was very dog friendly and the room suited us perfectly. However, when we emailed the hotel beforehand regarding bringing our dog they informed us that we needed to pay 20 euros extra per night and 40 euros extra for cleaning (also that the dog could be max 10 kg, which isn’t a problem in our case). This is not something that is clearly stated on booking nor did we receive any info regarding it in the confirmation email. Thought this could be useful info to other pet owners.

Great hotel, amazing views, super friendly staff. We enjoyed the hotel's private beach area. The breakfast was good with plenty of things to choose from.

Parking at the hotel cost more per day than parking in the street which is a little disappointing and the fact that the hotel pool, albeit small, is purely ornamental.

Amazing location, great dedicated beach area, clean rooms. We now also understand why they charge 20€ for parking (that other guests were complaining about): they have a small parking area that cannot accomodate all cars, and on the street it costs 15€ per day. This is the only way to make it fair for all the guests. Regarding the comments on the beach area: we have never had any problems with finding sunbeds in the free area, even though the hotel seemed to be quite full.

The rooms were quite noisy due to the thin walls, plus they were also light during the night due to the corridors, therefore it wasn’t easy to sleep well.

Loved our stay here, location was really nice on the beach. Rena Bianca beach is beautiful, there are rules about not being able to put your own beach towels directly on the sand so having the complimentary beach chairs available from the hotel looking down at the beach was nice. Breakfast overlooking with beach was really nice to have every morning. Staff were nice Beds Comfy Overall loved staying here.

Although this didn't bother me cause I liked the beach more, I do understand the frustration that you are not allowed to swim in the pool as it is now "decorative" only. Especially as its showcased in a number of hotel images, they say the reason is due to not wanting swimmers while people are dining, but I have been to a number of hotels that restrict swimming hours to be outside of dining times. There were also a number of mosquitos in the room, not sure were they were coming as we didn't have a balcony.

- Friendly stuff - Super clean. Room cleaning is done every day. Plenty of towels. - Amazing beach and perfect reach. You can go out of hotel to the sea and back. Towels always available and shower as well. - very convenient parking.

- Limited sunloungers. Risk of not having an empty one - Garden view was actually a look to a noisy street. Sleeping with open windows is not an option. - Loud airco. It continuously keeps turning on and turning off once the temperature is reached. - one negative restaurant experience - the meal said to contain grilled vegetables , but the actual meal had only fresh salad and some other fresh vegetables.

The breakfast was fantastic, the room was extremely comfortable, me and my husband both slept the best we have in weeks. Really great location, with a stunning beach at your doorstep. amazing views of the beach from the terrace while eating breakfast, great way to start your day.

The parking cost €20 per night for the hotel parking but right next door the street is free parking. We went out of season so always had a free space on the street but I'd imagine that in peak season the free spaces get occupied quickly and you'll get stuck with ridiculously expensive parking at the hotel.
