The location is perfect, right in front of the ferry that comes from the main island which is super convenient and close to a lot of restaurants and bars. But the best part of our stay was the staff. All the ladies in the reception were completely amazing and friendly, giving us all the tips about beaches, parking and restaurants. Brekfast with great view over the sea and the ferries and with a lot of choices.

It was my birthday so I was expecting any kind of treat or surprise so I was a bit disapointed for the hotel not taking that into consideration.

Wow, this was a really great accommodation! Although we only spent one night here, we felt like home. Literally. The accommodation was absolutely clean and fragrant. It was clear that the owners care about every detail. All of this contributed to the overall comfort and peaceful atmosphere. We definitely recommend this accommodation in Sardinia to everyone who is looking for a clean and cozy place where they can feel comfortable and relaxed after a day full of adventures. The hotel is located right outside the ferry which was handy for us but can be a bit loud at times. The staff were really friendly and the location is perfect. Shops, restaurants and bars are all around the hotel. We drove to a beach at the north of the island and also to caprera. These beaches were some of the best we went to in Sardinia. Parking was easy to find right outside the hotel.

Breakfast was only okay, not much hot food but still nice to have as it was included in the price.

Junior suite room- light interior, spacious, day light and towards the sea view, jacuzzi in the bathroom, very comfortable bed. Amazing staff, very friendly receptionist that are always ready to help, they were very helpful as we exchanged standard room to junior suite, there were no problems, everything was smooth, they gave us tips for beaches and restaurants. Special thanks to MariaLouisa, her colleagues too. Also thanks to super sweet staff at breakfast. Breakfast was ok, plenty food to choose from, room was always clean and tidy. Thank you! It’s a great location and very convenient for traveling with the ferry and evening cruising around the island.

To me the furniture is a little outdated and in the standard room there is a lot of dark (black and red) colours. We were there in a period when the weather was not that good, so the room seemed even darker and smaller because of the colours and very little light coming in.

Everything was perfect and lovely, breakfast, service

sweating throughout the night. Opened the window and slept in April 2024. The air conditioner which was set to +27C and we could not modify. Called the reception and they said they changed to 24C followed by which we can change to anything between 22C to 26C. Indeed I could change it to 22C. But nothing changed in room. Same hot 30+ feel from 21:00 to 04:00. When window is opened air conditioner automatically turns off. After sleepless night, after 04:00 opened the window and slept for at least few hours.

Very friendly reception staff who were very helpful. Location at the centre of the waterfront and close to the ferry terminal couldn't be better Breakfast room overlooking the water rather than the usual somewhat soulless room was a joy. Given the surprising general availability of free parking in the area (this was a weekend in early June) the lack of a hotel car park wasn't an issue

The location couldn't be better; just across the street from the Palau ferry. Super nice and friendly front desk staff, felt so welcome all the time! The breakfast room with an open wall facing the port is great; such a nice way to start the day. The selection is great as well! Though coffee is served to the tables, so I wish there was at least filter coffee option as self service. Easier for us whose minimum coffee cup size is Starbucks tall. :) A great stay all in all, grazie!

Really a small thing, and I appreciate the gesture, but cleaning is actually too thorough. In my opinion it should always be optional. At least the towels shouldn't be changed daily if not specifically requested. The same goes for the linen. It is unnecessary and not environmentally friendly. Also if a guest uses the complimentary shower gel once, it really isn't necessary to replace it with a new one. ;)

The location is perfect, right where you arrive if you came by ferry. The staff is super helpful cordial and very long all the time. The room was good and clean. The breakfast is a good bonus for people that like to eat well in the morning, with perfect view for the blue ocean of La Maddalena.

We could see little humidity problems in the room.

There was no facilities for coffee and tea in the rooms. The bar was only open between 6pm and 9pm. The roof terrace was very bare and deserted. The terrace on the first floor was not able to be used because of high winds and the windbreaks were not pulled down. The television had only Italian channels.

The location and view from the room were amazing and the staff were all friendly and helpful. Despite being right by the port, the room was quiet and the air conditioning worked well, too. The breakfast buffet was good and well organised and the view from the dining room overlooking where the ferries come in was far more pleasant than it sounds. Housekeeping was also excellent

The hotel entrance from the road wasn't ideal as the pavement is quite narrow. The shower wasn't intuitive to use and a bit more information about the island (especially the beach bus routes and times) would have been useful, especially as they're a fantastic and cheap way to explore the island and Google maps doesn't currently have any information on them.
