The host was nice and gave us some information about the island and organized some numbers for daily cruises. Great location right in the city center. You step outside the front door and are already in the middle of restaurants, bars, shops and my personal favorite, a gelateria :) Eventhough the room is in the town center, you cannot hear disturbing noises from the streets. Parking is possible on the main road or free parking areas within 1-2min walk to the apartment. Breakfast was what I would call typically Italian with sweet pastries (croissants, cookies, krapfen) and a selection of jams and Nutella. Plus, tea or coffee, yoghurt and different juices. The breakfast room and the room itself feel nice and comfortable.

Eventhough the rooms are well isolated against noises from the outside, they are not against noises from inside the building. Our bedroom (room 3) was next to the other room's (room 2) bathroom and we could hear almost everything in there: using and flushing the toilet, showering, talking, electrical toothbrush or shaver, etc To us it felt like sharing the apartment with someone else. Everything else in the apartment was really nice, but we found the noises from the other room to be annoying. I could imagine that room 1, which is on a separate floor, does not have this issue. Probably, being in room 2 is also already better since you might hear your neighbors only when you are already awake, making noises yourself and are not just lying in bed.

Most amazing accomodation right in the centre of La Maddalena. Everything was at our doorstep, no more than a 1 minute walk anywhere. The room was extremely clean, spacious and modern. Stefano was an excellent host, and gave us great recommendations for food, beach, and even car trouble. He also provided breakfast every morning, with very generous servings of delicious pastries! We couldn’t rate this accommodation more highly. Easily the best accommodation in La Maddalena! Would definitely definitely book again and recommend.

Location! Right in the heart of La Maddalena and a very easy walk from the ferry. Room has all the necessities and comforts and the host was very attentive. They even offer sand mats and umberella’s to take to the beach.

We had a fantastic time at Dimora Conte. It’s a small little B&B (only 3 rooms) tucked away in a side alley in the centre of the town, a two minute walk from the port. The room and bathroom are very clean and spacious, the bed is large and comfortable. The owners are lovely and gave us lots of great tips to make the most of our stay.

It can be a bit difficult to find parking nearby as it is so central.

The water had some problems going down the sink at some point and in the shower. Other than that no complaints.

Modern, clean, quiet, spacious and comfortable room. Stefano, the owner has put really thoughtful ideas into the design and layout in the room.

Typical italian breakfast was a bit simple and baked items were not enough for 2 people. It's located in town center, must be convenient for city life lovers. As for us, parking is a bit challenging. we need a 10 min. walk to find a parking space for the night.

Clean and modern apartments with a nice kitchen to eat breakfast in. The host was lovely and gave us many helpful recommendations on the island. Breakfast was basic but quite good. Super location - right in the heart of all the best restaurants and bars. Would highly recommend!

The room was spotless and right in the centre of La Maddelena so the location is great. The bed was really comfy and the breakfast was lovely too. I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants to visit the island.
