Great location. Wonderful staff with excellent communication. The gift of a fabulous 4 hour boat trip. Amazing breakfast included. Very spacious and comfortable modern apartment.

The sofa bed that I slept on in the living space was very small and more suitable for kids. Plus the living space is very noisy at night and has a streetlight shining in the kitchen window. So I didn’t sleep well although my friend in the bedroom slept very well! Having to pay extra for necessities like dishwashing liquid and a cloth to wash up is very unreasonable. I’d prefer they were included and less used items like shower caps and manicure sets were charged for.

The best thing about the apartment was that there was included the rental of a motorboat for one day. The boat was a 6m RIB (a hard bottomed "rubber boat") with 40 hp engine. Also the location of apartment is very nice right in the centre of Maddalena town.

The staff present during our stay was not as friendly or serviceable as one could have wished and spoke only Italian. For example, breakfast is from 8 to 10, and when we arrived at breakfast at 10, it was too late for her. The room has a kitchenette, but there are no plates, cups, or cutlery, not to mention pots or pans, so there was little use for the kitchenette.

Beautiful place with lots of space and rooftop in the Caprera space. Super friendly staff.

Unfortunately when we arrived the door to enter was locked by other guests - it says explicitly not to lock the entrance door on the street. We were fortunate to have a guest exiting so we could get in. So we didnt have to contact the host - but in general they are very responsive on whatsapp

Localisation in old city center. Great breakfast.

Please remember that in most old buildings in old town on Maddalena stairs are very stem. Its not minus - its just like this. Parking - host do not provide parking do you have to find parking spot nearby. Sometimes you will find it in 1min, sometimes you will drive 15min and nothing. In july-august will be worse, of course

The apartment was very clean, spacious and nicely decorated. Good aircon in both rooms. The lady at the recetption/breakfast room was very nice and friendly, although there was a bit of a language barrier, but we managed just fine using google translate :) For us the best thing was the included boat rental. We had an amazing day boating to Spargi island. What a great service!

Noise from the street, cars and motorcycles accelerating right under your window. the nearby music bar kept partying until 1 am. The narrow street by the entrance is quite challenging, especially with luggage.

Very steep lether to terrace. Smell and noise from the bar, pizzeria if you open the window. The breakfast was ok, but far from the pictures presented in Booking (same chocolate pie for three days, fruit not fresh). You must bd bery carefull when you leave the house, because you step directly to busy narrow street. It was clean, accept the cutlery in the kitchen. Very strange arhitecture design of the bathroom.

The location is excellent close to the port. The Apartament at the second floor really large and very clean. The bathroom very large also and the bed comfortable. Wi-fi worked excellent as well. we also had two bottle of waters on the fridge. breakfast not to much but what they have is excellent.

Very transactional from the staff. Short message on what's up with check in instructions, in rest nothing. No welcome, no information about what or where to go or eat. In the reservation is mentioned something related to a taxi boat, but no details provided. In the morning I could see they are organising tours, but no details offered even if I tried to figure out the offer. For us not a problem, please keep in mind that the stairs to apartment could be a problem if you have lots of baggage.

The host was nice,close to the center

It was advertised as terase with sea view but wasent exactly a tersa tge access was though stiff stairs that wasent verry easy to walk one I paied more for that sea view and the teras that I couldn't use due to deficit acces

The apartment was perfect, lots of space and separate rooms for us all to fit in. there was a large bathroom and a kitchen area with a table. it was extremely central, in the centre of town and close to the port and bus stop. the staff were so helpful and welcoming, the breakfast every morning was great and the boat trip to Spargi was perfect.

if you’re looking for a quiet area this isn’t it but we didn’t mind.

The property has an excellent location, close to the port, shops and restaurants. The room is spacious and has a kitchenette. The continental breakfast is good and included in the price . The hotel offers taxi boat to the Island of Spargi or 1 dinghy rental or 1 scooter. The price is affordable and I would definitely come back.

There was no coffee or tea in the room.
