Everything was great and the staff were exceptional to say the least. Everyone was so accommodating and they helped with anything we needed without hesitation.

My wife and I visited for 5 nights for our honeymoon during early June and loved our stay. Hotel itself was beautifully presented and expertly maintained with rooms being modern and spacious. We loved it as it offered everything we were looking for (pool, restaurants/bars, beach access) and at much better value compared to other slightly lesser quality hotels with fewer facilities that were right in the center of Porto Cervo. Service on all fronts was great; from checking in, to breakfast, the bars, restaurants and concierge services - everyone was super friendly and helpful. Location wise it's about a 6min drive to Porto Cervo and there are a number of restaurants within a 10min drive. We had a car which (in my opinion) is the best way to do it but they had a free shuttle service running into Porto Cervo a few times throughout the day. The private beach (Piccolo Pevero) was great - quiet, secluded and beautifully clear water with a small interpedently run kiosk for lunch/drinks. They have a golf cart running a shuttle service to/from beach but it's an easy 5min walk. You can also walk 10mins around to the larger main beach (Grand Pevero). The pools and hot tub were always clean and given there was 5 of them you could easily find some privacy amongst the surrounding gardens whenever you wanted it. The food from both their premium restaurant, bistro and poolside bar were delicious and good sized portions. Their bartenders knew their stuff and could deliver a range of quality cocktails - many of which using local Sardinian ingredients. Pricing was on par with what you'd expect from Costa Smerelda the area. Overall, amazing 5 star experience at a reasonable price.

The hotel is lovely, big swimming pool and some smaller ones, nice clean rooms. We got an upgrade to sea view which was great. The staff is attentive, warm and pleasant, from porters to reception to waiters to general manager, everyone is doing their best and more to accommodate you. The breakfast is extensive, lots of options and additional offerings next to the high quality buffet. Roomservice, cleaning, bookings for restaurants, all perfect. The hotel location was perfect for us as behind it there is the start of a hike trail (+/- 5km) which brings you to many lovely beaches, a 5 min drive to fancy and regular restaurants, a 15 min drive to some beach clubs and 40 min drive from Olbia town and airport. The island is just stunning, the food fantastic, the weather was amazing. Perfect trip.

The hotel itself has a couple of different restaurants, the prizes for food and drinks were a bit expensive, also at the pool. The water in the swimming pool was too cold, at least, for us.

The pool complex is superb, staff are charming and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The 'atmosphere' in the hotel of an evening felt a little flat and lacking in buzz. The only dining available seemed to be their quite high-end and relatively expensive fine-dining restaurant which although good, was not necessarily what we wanted every night. The place could do with a more informal 'trattoria' offer for evenings, perhaps exploiting the beautiful poolside setting which otherwise seemed closed down after sunset.

First of all, whatever you see in the pictures is way better in real! My wife and myself were stunned by the beauty of the hotel. We have been welcomed by the manager of the hotel himself with a welcome drink. The rooms are just incredible and the breakfast choice and place are wonderful. On top of all, One of the most beautiful beach of the island is at 5min walk. The little town of Porto Cervo is only at 8min drive with stunning views and beautiful restaurants. We will be back there soon.

We heard our neighbors next door having fun in bed :) however not a negative point for everyone as it turned us on :)

Location, beach and pools Even though the beach service (sunbeds and umbrella) turned out extra charge on the room, when I mentioned to the staff that I wasn’t aware of the extra charge they removed it from the bill for us which I appreciate

The wifi could be stronger.

Breakfast excellent: any type of eggs and coffees you wanted. Bottles of water freely provided. More choice and higher standard of produce. Staff very helpful and accommodating. Room excellent. Good beds especially for Italy/ Sardinia. Beautiful grounds, immaculate pools and gardens. We’ve been to other hotels and this is the only one which really is 5 star.

The website offers tennis and other facilities but these are not in the hotel or anywhere near. They are in Porto cervo and you need to pay for them as well as a e30 taxi to get there and back as shuttle not regular enough. This is misleading. Only one hotel restaurant open and they require long trousers for men. The most expensive restaurants in Porto cervo accept smart shorts with a collared shirt. This is overkill and silly given it’s the only place in hotel to eat in the evening. We didn’t bring long trousers for my teenage son.
