We had a wonderful time at this hotel, and what truly made the difference was the exceptional hospitality from the entire team. Every single day, we felt genuinely welcomed, with smiles, kindness, and real attention to detail. The room every morning is very well cleaned. The location of the hotel is excellent and close to many excellent restaurants & all the people who are working there are nice and professional. The breakfast is average (they can do better) the only source of proteins were boiled eggs every morning (no hot meals)

It was hot and the AC is not performant+ it was located far from the bed, we kept waking up many times during our stay nights because of this which not comfortable at all, we talked with the reception but they could’ve not do anything about it.

We had a wonderful experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly kind and helpful, always eager to meet any request. From the reception to the restaurant, everyone was extremely attentive and made us feel welcome throughout our stay.

The pool was very nice, though the water was a bit chilly for our taste, but nothing too bothersome – you get used to it quickly.

The staff were incredible. Most helpful, friendly and talkative. They upgraded our room proactively upon our arrival as the hotel was quiet at this time of year. The staff genuinely wanted us to feel at home and really did everything possible to ensure we were happy including manning the bar at any time we wanted a drink as well as offering to bring breakfast to our room at no extra charge. Also they weren't providing a 'normal' lunch nor dinner due to the quiet period but offered us alternatives for food. The staff were A1!

The location is somewhat away from the coast. Abbiadori where the hotel is located, has some grocery stores, cafes and restaurants but if you want to explore the area you need to rent a car or at least rent a bicycle. However, due to it's location, we rented bicycles, got some exercise and were able to explore the area including the amazing villas in the hills overlooking the coastline as well as the outdoors via the health trail. So, even though the hotel's location was somewhat isolated, it offered different experiences. The breakfast was good but perhaps not the best (limited hot food options) we experienced in Sardinia, perhaps because it was a quiet period of the year.

Pretty decent and very clean hotel, friendly staff, nice breakfast. Did not use the swimming pool but it looked nice.

The acoustic insulation of the rooms could be better.

The staff was amazing. Super friendly and nice. They were able to satisfy all our needs. Great location very close to all the main towns of the emerald coast. But as I said the staff made the difference. That is definitely a big plus.

Hotel is great and I recommend however While only less than 10 minutes from Porto Cervo, it was €45 each way to get to the marina. So really need a car for this hotel

Good location, good breakfast, friendly staff. The area around the hotel was very clean and beautiful. Pool area was spotless! Every room had it's own sunloungers. Good size room.

The room had a weird smell... little bit like sewage. The shower doors were not closing properly, so we had to put towels around the shower when talking a shower to not flood the bathroom. The bathroom window was facing the next room's entrance. There were disposable paper cups for coffee or tea, which doesn't seem convenient.

The hotel staff are delightfully helpful and friendly and the hotel itself is beautiful, extremely picturesque

Nice, clean and cosy hotel. Room cleaning was AWESOME, everyday we had ot not only cleaned, but even our stuff all organized! Kudos to the cleaningvteam!

Nothing to do around the hotel. You’ll need a car at all times. But that’s not the hotel’s fault of course, just thought worth mentioning.
