Very good location, just steps from two very nice beaches. The neighborhood is elegant and quiet, it feels very safe. The rooms are very clean, a bit small but decent. There’s is plenty of parking outside the hotel. I wished there was a little garden where we could just hangout. Unfortunately the garbage truck comes very early in the morning and it gets pretty noisy, other than that, it’s quiet for the rest of the day. Breakfast is very decent, everything you need, coffee, tea, juice, cereals, yogurt, dry fruits , sweets, toast, very nice local yam and honey, the most delicious ham, salami and cheese.

Location is great with beaches at walking distance and close by restaurants. Breakfast offering was ample and enjoyable; the staff very friendly and ready to provide information and recommendations.

The rooms and bathrooms looked very outdated but everything is in pristine and working conditions! It is more a cosmetics-related opinion that if the hotel was to be refreshed, that could make this property even prettier .

Location was perfect for us, close to the Porto Cervo city center, where there is plenty of restaurants, where the hotel is located there is also restaurants, supermarket and pharmacies around it. Breakfast was super good, a lot of options and staff was lovely and caring.

Clean, right on the beach and near a walking track with lovely views, gorgeous breakfast, staff were helpful, very affordable given the area. Theres a lovely restaurant nearby also which was handy.

- Exceptionally friendly staff - My clean room and the size for a good price - The own parking area of the hotel, which is a bit tricky to find with google maps, but nice people on the lower big parking place - next to it - showed me the way. - The location of the hotel is perfect (next to two great beaches) - I got a beach towel and an umbrella at my check-in (even without asking, which was smart and cool). - The tasty croissants at breakfast - Unfortunately, only stayed for two nights.

- The bed was not soft enough for me.

A warm friendly welcome from the reception when we first arrived. Helpful and polite staff every morning at breakfast. The room was very nice and clean.

perfect location to head into Porto cervo! two beautiful beaches on your doorstep!! room was spacious- a little dated! Would definitely stay again and recommend to others! Lots of selection at breakfast!

Everyone is really nice, the rooms are clean and the breakfast is complete and varied (much better than other hotels in Italy). The beach Piccolo pevero is right in front of the hotel, or you may either walk to grande pevero and get there in 10 minutes.

The bed seemed a bit old and uncomfortable, maybe they could think of updating their furniture.

Perfect location, 1 min walk to the beach. A modest hotel with all facilities. Given the price of the area, this hotel is a very good deal. Nice breakfast
