The pool was great but had to pay 5 euros per person per towel per day which was strange. Pool not overcrowded and easy to get sunbed. Large room with good aircon and plenty of storage. Close to beach.

Some noise from the room behind, toiletries were not topped up throughout the stay. Expensive area to get a taxi. Hotel organised a 9 minute taxi for us which cost 40 euros. Bar near the pool but menu drink prices inflated.

The hotel is located in a very nice place on the island close to Porto Cervo marina, you can reach the beautiful beach Calu Granu in 8-10 minutes by foot, which is definitely a great plus. There is also a shuttle service to other beaches but we have been satisfied with the Calu Granu. We have been exploring the island by car, so it was comfortable that the hotel has a private open parking lot in front of the entrance. The breakfast is good, the rooms (bungalows) are big and comfortable, and there is a fridge in every room. The swimming pool is nice, and most important - the territory is big and green and it is quiet, you can easily find a place for breakfast or near the swimming pool - so you feel really as in the country club. I believe that the hotel is exactly 4 stars and worth it, we would probably come back.

Some improvements due to the high price in the high season can be focused on the overall service experience: poor proactiveness & decision-making freedom by reception, a bit late check-in time, no vegetables on breakfast, no cover by the parking lot, poor isolation between adjacent rooms, in case of noisy neighbors you can hear every word. A small kettle for tea/coffee in the room will be a great plus.

The place is really great with spectacular views! We wanted to enjoy the facilities especially the pool but the weather was not nice! We loved the drive in the golf buggy to our room. The breakfast was fantastic.

Mosquito bites :/ The place has well taken care off lawns and trees but room was full of mosquitos and other tiny insects. We asked staff to give us some repellant and they said the room was sprayed but unfortunately it didn't work. Got lots of mosquito bites during the night. Otherwise place was fantastic! The staff at breakfast can be bit more cheerful!

The view from the upper side rooms is absolutely amazing, the pool is never crowded and generous space around sound beds, great location.

The mattress is quite hard, very uncomfortable , AC is old and temperature never goes under 26 in the room

The hotel has an amazing view, the pool is just GREAT! good breakfast and bar. We loved the idea of having our own " villa" Size of the room was also good and perfect location. It was really nice came back to the hotel after a day in the beach and enjoy the pool and the amazing view!

The bed and pillows were not comfortable at all. Actually our bed was a folding bed, which did not meet the standards of the hotel, everything else was perfect!

The hotel was very quiet, as it was out-of-season. The Rolex Swan Cup was taking place while we were there, which made eating in the local restaurants very convivial. It was a great place from which to explore the north-east, including Olbia.

We were charged for beach towels, which we got free (or with a returnable deposit) in other hotels.

Nice views from the rooms. Room was clean The guy driving the golf cart was really helpful and nice.

Hotel has a beautiful territory with nice pools and greenery. Rather private rooms, 6 minute walk to the closest beach, which is small with 40€ p.p sunbeds rental.

Rooms are spacious, but very outdated, furniture has very repelling musky smell that can’t be aired out. I advise not to open the closet as smell is overwhelming. Cheap plastic furniture on the porch of each room, definitely doesn’t correspond to 4 star hotel. Shower was vert narrow. Hard mattress.

The front desk and service staff are very welcoming and friendly. The room pillows and comforter are comfortable to sleep on. The pool is clean and comfortable. The fruit for breakfast is very tasty and fresh.

Lots of flies and mosquitoes flying around when eating in the restaurant. The air conditioning blows directly on the bed and is not very comfortable. In the morning i hear the sound of the staffer cleaning up in the next door room.
