Incredible breakfast, pool, free spa services and great room.

Some issues with our room key that took a while to sort out. We weren’t made aware of parking situation and took some time to get our car out of the car park. Overall, staff not always attentive or of assistance. However, some staff were excellent.

Facilities and room were nice, good size, and clean. Beautiful property in the mountains on the coast with stunning views. Good location in Costa Smeralda close to other towns for a variety of restaurants, shopping, etc.

Breakfast was pretty awful, and staff seemed rude. For a very reasonably priced hotel, it had the vibe that it thought it was much more luxurious than it was. Lots of "influencer" type guests taking photos. Much of the Poltu Quatu area was under renovation and closed, including restaurants and other things to do. Not a huge issue as it's a close drive to Baja Sardinia, Porto Cervo, etc., but options were limited close by. Parking was also frustrating, as we (and other guests) were stuck in the lot on multiple occasions. Maybe user error, but we weren't alone.

Beautiful luxury hotel in a stunning location. Our apartment was huge and very comfortable, and also had a great view. Super friendly and attentive staff. Food was great too including the free breakfast. Tons of restaurants and bars by the marina to choose from each night, including the hotel restaurant, Tanit, which was exceptional!

Rooms felt a little bit dated and run down, but this didn’t matter too much to us. Drinks are expensive in comparison to nearby bars and restaurants. Taxis/transfers are the only way to get around as it’s very secluded.

the hotel is absolutely beautiful, the staff are fantastic. breakfast was amazing, dinner in the restaurant is superb. the bedroom was gorgeous with a big comfy bed, will definitely use this hotel again. everything was perfect. The hotel arranged a boat trip for us and car hire which was effortless, big thank you to Stephano who was extremely helpful. We also loved he little shuttle service to the beach which we used most days. Thank you to all the hard working staff, they really did make our stay special.

The only request would be more info in the rooms about things to do in the area and restaurants near to the hotel. we only found out about things by talking to other guests.

Location, many good restaurants and shops.

Very very bad wifi connection. The system never works for me and many other clients that a met there. Just put a simple system with a good area coverage.

We loved everything! The location was amazing and felt much more quaint than Porto Cervo. The hotel is stunning, staff are so helpful and friendly, breakfast was insane, fantastic gym access, spacious clean room and free parking. We also loved all the other restaurants in Pluto Quato and the free access to the beaches nearby.

The only thing we didn’t love was the Piccolo Pervo beach - we much preferred Liscia Ruja and think you should only let guests go to that one.

Loved the bulgari toiletries, lovely touch. The whole resort is amazing. Gardens and balconies are well kept. Big rooms and very comfortable beds. Spa on site for groceries.

I thought it was very exspensive for drinks and food , £22 and £30 for toasties. No salads or much choice.

Just one beach I like it lashatell,, another one I don like it pikilos beach not good , may be I was put wrong name of the beach . Just two beach shattele bring us to the beach one is good another not

Taxi very expensive , people have to take rent car !!!!!!!

There aren’t a lot of restaurants nearby when its not high season - overall prices for dinner are very high in that area. The hotel is within a bay. You definitely need a car to be flexible.

Breakfast was delicious with a lot of options. Staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Ben. Different restaurants (Sushi, Mexican, Italian) and bars around.

Room was not thoroughly clean on arrival, Coffee tabs were refilled only once during our 7-day-visit after requesting. After cleaning the room, the staff didn't lock the door to our appartment.
