The hotel staff was very friendly and explained everything to us. We were escorted to our room and overall the service was the best we received out of the 3 hotels we visited on our week-long trip. The location was nice with a good restaurant right next to it and free parking at the side of the street. Breakfast was typical hotel breakfast buffet with decent options of bread, fruits, desserts etc, nothing big but good enough. AC was really good and kept the room nice and cool. Free wi-fi was fast. Overall the room was clean and everything worked as intended. If I travelled to Olbia I would likely book from the City Hotel again at least at this price range.

The Tv unfortunately didn't have smart functions or apps like Netflix etc so if that's something you want from the room I suggest asking in advance whether the room has it.

Hotel is outside center but easily connected by bus. It has a supermarket close by, lots of restaurants and coffee shops close also. Rooms were spacious, clean and beds were comfortable. Staff was extremely nice and fulfilled every request we had. I recommend paying extra for breakfast.

The first night we stayed it was kind of noisy, because of a bar close to the hotel.

The room was clean and comfortable, the staff was friendly. The location is good, can be little noisy from the main road, but my room didn’t directly face the main road so it was good.

It would be good to have some plates and glass for a toothbrush or water in the room or a small bottle of water, it’s very close to a supermarket, but every time you would want to eat something you need to go to the reception and borrow a plate, otherwise all was great, very nice spacious room and very clean, maybe the shower could have slightly more pressure, otherwise excellent!

Myself and my partner had the best experience at the olbia city hotel! Our room was spotless, a good size with a enormous sized bed. The hotel is situated on top of a hill so the balcony and views was beautiful. Also a great place to take pictures and watch the sunset. The location is a short walk from the local supermarket, bakeries, cafés and restaurants. Where we honestly had some on the best food and met some of the nicest people. There is also a bus stop directly outside the hotel which takes you into the city centre and to a beautiful beach in the north east of the island. Alan was the most warm, accommodating and professional host I've ever come across. He was welcoming and knowledgeable, helping us navigate around the city on buses as we sadly didn't have a car. Ricardo on the front desk was also especially helpful and kind with great customer service skills. Ricardo also bakes a spectacular orange cake for the breakfast service, if you stay its a must! Alan and Ricardo really did make our trip a memorable one and we are certainly going to return and recommend. We thank you again.

The fact we had to go home.

It was ok, nothing special, but we didn't get the balcony and we had room in a blind corner, but nevertheless room was ok. It was not cosy, but clean and for a one night sleep ok. Breakfast was great.

We've been here for a few times now ( 1 nights stay only ) and we do appreciate the value and the location ( it's few minutes drive from the Airport ). Staff at the Hotel is always kind and helpful .

Hotel rooms , probably soon , will need a bathroom refurb and , even better , if the rooms could have a soundproof work done .

Staff were brilliant, comfortable but somewhat basic room, great value.

We liked everything, could improve with better facilities but fully met our expectations, we were very happy with our stay.

The location was perfect for us, easy access with a car. Breakfast was good, there was plenty of options and fresh fruit. We had a lovely view from our room and the room itself was very spacious. Staff were very nice to us and gave us good advice.

The hotel room could use some small renovating. There was few holes on the walls, bedside tables were loosely attached to the wall, shower was leaking water to the floor and chairs in the balcony were broken.

The staff are lovely people, specially Alan the receptionist and the new guy that was training, I forgot his name, tall with glasses. Great people. The hotel was super clean, great breakfast, and the location is just fabulous when you have a car. We are definitely coming back for more and we are going to bring some family and friends.

Nothing to dislike, everything was great.

Fabulous front desk staff, so friendly and lovely! Super clean and easy, nice views of the mountains. Pizzeria (very good and cheap) and restaurant (need to book) next door. Loved the turtles :) Good fresh breakfast, the most incredible peaches.

It's a little out of the city, which we knew and was fine, just flashing for others. There is a bus but only every 1 hrs 20 so just be prepared to get a taxi (very easy).
