The employees were very friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable. The room was clean and spacious. I would come back 100%

I didn't understand the concept of the breakfast setup. Nothing was self-serve; everything was behind a counter. I understand this for some products, like the salmon, but even the yogurt, croissants, and toast had to be handed out by the staff. You always had to wait for the person behind the counter to give you the product. The quality of the breakfast was excellent, and the staff always asked how much of each item you wanted. However, I think not every product needs to be behind a glass wall.

The location was perfect for us. Bus stop practically at the doorstep. The room was spacious and very very clean. It’s not in a tourist hot spot. But fabulous for local dinning. Supermarket next door. Wednesday markets just a couple of streets away. Staff so friendly. Loved the roof top bar and choice of two pools. Great breakfast variety and super attentive staff. Quiet rooms and we had great views of the mountains.

Only one thing was hot breakfast like eggs, bacon is very hot. Other selections certainly compensated for this.

Hotel was very clean, food was good, staff super efficient, very helpful and friendly. The facilities were excellent for what we wanted. There was a large supermarket on the doorstep and some good restaurants within walking distance of the hotel.

Location - it is located just outside of the main town of Olbia and within a more commercial area (buildings and streets are a bit worn in part) and it is on a long busy road. It doesn't feel much like a holiday destination until you reach the main Town or Beach. It is excellent though for business conferences etc. There were also some families with young children and they seemed to be happy.

Clean, kind staff, good local restaurants around and plenty of parking (we didnt have a car tho)

No floor indications on elevators. Its kind of a guess game between two elevators. Breakfast ordering is quite intense (no buffet) but nice food.

Overall, great hotel, spacious room, complimentary water, very friendly and helpful staff, loved the breakfast, great cafe's and restaurants in the neighbourhood. Bus stop right outside the hotel to get into the centre, beach, airport. Hotel serves delicious snacks with drinks. Supermarket next door is very handy.

While both pools are lovely, there is no bar at ground level pool and limited service at rooftop pool. It's a shame the rooftop restaurant is not open. Room was cleaned every day. However, bed sheets were never changed during our one week stay. A change of sheets 2-3 times per week would be better. Overall I would recommend this hotel and would stay again.

Room size was ok, balcony looked over a carpark so not the best. Breakfast was superb, very clever having servers ask you what you want so no waste. Very clean.

So glad we found this hotel...our flight was cancelled so we had to spend an extra night in Olbia, we booked this hotel hoping for the best and it did exceed our expectations. Very friendly and professional staff, including the receptionists, the roof bar and breakfast room teams. Room on the 5th floor was perfect, clean and new, comfortable bed, great view on the harbour. Great breakfast, good quality and great alternative to buffet-style breakfast which we find messy and wasteful. Cannot comment on the position of the hotel- it was a short ride from/to the airport so worked well for us.

Large room with nice balcony, good location, easy check in and out process, very helpful receptionts, the only issue is the housekeeping that does not mop the floor or clean thr bathroom daily, she only do the bed cover and take the grabage, she even didnt refill tea or espresso capsules, we always used to request it through the phone Great parking space Comfy bed an pillows

I was extremely impressed with this hotel – it exceeded all of my expectations. The service was top-notch, and the staff, both at the reception and in the bar and breakfast area, were incredibly friendly. The premises were of exceptional quality, and I must mention the pillows and bedding – they were outstanding. The breakfast was delicious and diverse, with a special mention for the Dammann tea selection, which speaks volumes about the level of quality. Additionally, the balcony offered a nice view. Overall, I had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast : everything cooked fresh and good choice. bar on top floor with good views and excellent food for evening meal in restaurant. Swam in pool on lower level. A decent length and good sun loungers. Very quiet room.

Found all the electronics and automatic light switches in room difficult to negotiate. However switching TV on was pretty straight forward.
