Self check-in was a breeze with the instructions provided. Free, street parking was available right in front. B&B is located in a nice residential area an 8–10-minute drive north of the city center. Medium-sized room beautifully presented. Adequate space to layout luggage and a wardrobe with lots of hangers to hang clothes. Comfortable queen-sized bed and great air conditioning supported a very restful night sleep. Plenty of electrical outlets for charging. Shower is a dream by European standards with excellent water pressure and temperature control. Good cold breakfast served on a lovely, covered terrace. Both proactive and responsive communication and an incredible willingness to accommodate our very late, early morning check-in. Personal touches and care were evident in every way during our stay from the room and amenities to the communication and information available.

Rooms are attached to the central hallway leading in and out of the B&B and noise travels easily to the room. The location does not make it really walkable to the city center (28 min walking), but there are plenty of great local restaurants and cafes. WIFI could be a bit unstable, but we were able to upload hundreds of pictures as well as video chat with a little patience.

Cosy place with a nice veranda on the first floor. Very clean and well maintained. My friends and I had booked 4 rooms and breakfast or the evening in the veranda felt like a private gathering. The owner was really helpful and friendly. She gave us more than a few suggestions.

The breakfast was fine but could have a little more quantity. Single-use plastic glasses were sometime provided. Environment !

Spotless clean, great location with easy & quick access to shops, bars, and restaurants. The hoster, Maddalena, is very friendly and helpful. All amenities are available for a pleasant short stay.

- The TV is not a smart TV, it doesn't have a Netflix (login-into-your own account), and the cable TV was not working properly, only 2 channels available. - The breakfast is basic, mostly packed stuff. No eggs, no fruits & vegetables.

The location of this facility was convenient and comfortable, far from the centre of Olbia itself so you could get a break from the hustle and bustle of cars and all the public traffic. There was plenty of parking space for cars in front of the house. I also appreciated the willingness of the owner and the cleaning ladies to help at all costs, despite their lack of English skills! It was very nice! I also appreciate the fact that the housekeepers helped us to book dinner at one of the recommended agroturismo!

Due to the fact that I was not aware of the form of breakfasts in Italy I was slightly negatively surprised. If one expects a hearty savoury breakfast then this may not meet one's expectations. There are sweet breakfasts (pastries, croissant, yoghurts, jams) with coffee or tea.

The service staff were so amazing and kind. They went out of their way to do an amazing job at cleaning our rooms and even went as far as buying my kids 2 kinder toy chocolate eggs. Would recommend B&B Kenzia for anyone wanting to stay in Olbia and wanting a great experience. We loved our stay.

Maddalena is an excellent host. Sweet, kind and always available to help. She even helped us with sending us to Greece some stuff we forgot in the apartment when we left. The rooms are spacious and super clean. The location is very convenient with easy parking. Maddalena, thank you for everything, we appreciate your kindness and hope to see you soon!

Location and rooms are perfect, I feel like at home. The breakfast was fresh and tasty. The owner is a lovely Italian lady so kind and nice. Italian cuisine is amazing. I definitely can recomende this place

We arrived late - 10.40pm and it was no problem at all. The host directed us to a fabulous restaurant around the corner. Good size bedroom, very clean. Tasty breakfast served on the terrace with great Lavazza coffee. We had a car and had no problem parking outside. Friendly staff. Would recommend.
