Our stay at the DoubleTree by Hilton hotel in Olbia was magnificent! We had the best sleep of our life’s and the best pancakes too ( pleaseee give us the mattress and pillow details as well as the recipe for the pancakes!) The pool was really pleasant, they even have a jacuzzi which the lovely lifeguard turned on for us! Carla and Giovanni at the reception were super kind and patient with us, they went above and beyond to make sure we understood everything always with a smile on their face. Special thanks to Giovanni for giving us the most amazing restaurant and routes recommendations, he is not only sweet but an very handsome too x! The only complaint we have would be that we were not aware that we could book a specific view so we were unable to get a room towards the swimming pool but we still enjoyed everything and hopefully will be back again one day! The atmoshere was very welcoming and refreshing - as it is expected in Marriott hotel chain 👌. I got all answers to my questions timely so everything (including transfer from and to the airport early morning) was arranged before my arrival and later during my stay and departure. I'm grateful to the staff for making everything quickly & easy 🤗 The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The in-room dining service was very handy. The breakfast and a la cart dinner in the restaurant were exceptionally high quality. Thanks to All Staff.

Hotel is very clean and comfortable, the staff are very friendly and the parking is very good for people with hire cars. Breakfast had a large selection, the main foyer is lovely, with lovely high ceiling and a great bar. Pool is large and the kids loved it. Whilst we list several issues we didn't like, we would happily use the hotel again.

Whilst breakfast had a large selection, the 'Full English' was always cold and not replenished quick enough. The hotel and booking.com said the pool was open for our stay, but when we arrived it had signs saying 'pool closed'. We were informed we could still use it, but due to lateness of season, it was at our own risk and no lifeguard would be present. Temperature was also very cold! Entrance to the pool area, via level -1, has a lot to be desired and felt like a staff passageway and we shouldn't be down there. Balcony in room 500 has paint falling off all round the walls and ceiling.

The room was very comfortable and the bathroom was huge! The front desk staff was extremely helpful and friendly !!! and the weight staff in the restaurant was very friendly, too.

I feel that for a four star hotel, the food could be improved. The breakfast buffet, all very large, had scrambled eggs that were inedible. I felt the food prices were a little high for what we got . There was also only one luggage cart and no one to help with baggage.

Amazing! It is very easy to be found, I think it is the best building nearby. And the breakfast is provided from 6:30, the parking place is sufficient, you don't need to worry about that. And you can also enjoy the swimming pool, bar and other things here. And in my room, it has also a balcony, you can also drink your coffee here and enjoy the sunset here.

Message to the manager or owner of the hotel. Please hire more people for breakfast because there was no service at all. This is the first time I have encountered that there were no free tables at breakfast, but it was not because there were many people, but all the tables were dirty. I sat down at a dirty table that I cleaned myself. I was at breakfast for about 0.5 hours and the other tables were not cleaned during that time. Such things should not happen in this object class

Facilities are top notch. Room was huge. Large bed, wardrobe. The bathroom was extraordinary and spacious. Breakfast was amazing. The timings were great with 0630 start till 1000. Ample variety - bread, cheese, cereals, jams/spread, fresh fruits and coffee/tea. The parking lot is large with enough sheltered spaces.

Location is about 8-10 minutes drive from the centre

Great hotel! The room that we got was very spacious and comfortable with huge balcony overseeing the city landscape. The bed was one of the best I've ever slept on. I couldn't remember the time I slept so well! They don't have a garage but they have a covered parking lot which is great to keep nice temperature in the car! Breakfast selection could be wider but in comparison with other italian places still exceeding expectations

Lovely hotel, all staff very helpful and friendly. Excellent breakfast. Great excursion representative on site who will organise car hire from hotel. Plenty of on site parking. Nice restaurant if you want to eat at hotel.

It is quite isolated from the central area, it’s a good 15 minute walk. But this makes it very quiet, Felt safe walking at night, and easy to get onto the main roads out of town if you are driving. Also good to walk off your dinner!

This place is really beautiful, rooms are really clean , and cleaning staff always made everything clean , and reception was really helpful . The biggest shock was breakfast , there were so many choices to choose from , it was really tasty , and so much , we were really happy . Hotel is nearby from city centre, bar was working and pool was clean.

Gym centre is really small, I would say its only for 2 people, there have only dumbbells , one trademil, its just too small.
