Since we had a rent-a-car we've chosen the Villa Orchidea because of its great location. From here you can easily reach the Terranova Commercial Center where you can buy groceries, eat at restaurants, enjoy drinking coffee, etc. There is plenty of free parking in front of the villa. We could also easily reach various beaches and what is most important is that the landlord was very hospitable, warmhearted and helpful. When we arrived at the place it took her about 5-10 minutes to let us check in. She also regularly cleaned our room and gave us useful information, which was extremely helpful.

The parking is in front of the apartments. Very convenient for carrying the luggage. The host is very kind and the check-in was quick and easy. Our room had a balcony which was great for relaxing and enjoying some cold drinks. There is a shared fridge, tea and coffee in the lobby. The location is a good starting point, if traveling by car. There is a straightforward connection to the city center and the highway.

The water pressure in the shower was not very strong. The air conditioning also took quite long to cool the room.

The room was big and comfortable, exactly like the pictures. Patricia was very kind. Her dog (Sunny) is super friendly and polite 😍

During breakfast, Patricia made a really nice cappuccino and there were some types of cookies, jam and fruits, but I wish there were also salty options on the breakfast.

Room was very clean and spacious. Good size bathroom. The host was very helpful. The vill is located in quite place away from the busy tourists spot. There is a big supermarket 5 min away and airport bus number 2 beside the center (1€ for a trip). Overall very happy with the booking. Highly recommended.

The B&B was very nice and clean, host very welcoming and smiley. The property is located close to everything, supermarket, shopping centre, McDonald’s and a pizza place. It’s also a 10 min drive away from the beach, and close to the bus stop. Our room had a balcony with mountain views, it was very modern and the bathroom was very clean. We had the room just off the reception. The continental breakfast was amazing, with a nice variety, and delicious croissants were served warm by the host. There was a breakfast corner with a kettle, coffee and tea available 24/7. We loved playing with the 2 little dogs that belong to the host, especially Sunny was very friendly and adorable, she loved playing fetch with a pebble :)

Probably the fact that our room was located just off the reception and we could hear other guests entering and exiting and having breakfast from 8.30. One morning some guests had the brilliant idea to play music while having breakfast and I had to go and tell them to turn it off. I believe the other rooms far from the reception would be more peaceful.

The communication with Patrizia was smooth; she also left some breakfast for us early in the morning( and before breakfast hours) as we needed to go to the airport. The room was sparkling clean, big enough, comfy and with a good bathroom (with basic amenities). The location is good if you have a car because it's a bit away from Olbia's city centre (5-10 mins. by car), but only 10 mins. away from the airport (also by car). I'd definitely come back.

Very kind host with a cute dog. Place is located in a suburb of Orbia around 5 to 10 minutes by car from the city centre. Room is clean and spacious.

The location is great with picturesque view on the surrounding landscape. There is plenty of space to park your car just across the street- free of charge. The host is extremely nice and friendly. Me and my girlfriend were the first to stay in the renovated room- everything was on spot. There is also a lovely terrace with the view. The room is perfect. Breakfast was served with typical Italian coffee from cafetiera. Would recommend it to anyone.

The house looks lovely with a nice balcony and very quiet location and the room was comfortable and very clean and the host gave us some fabulous places to visit in olbia.
