Close to 2 UNESCO sites. The new swimming pool! Walking 5 minutes to the sandy beach (not rocky beach) The very attentive service by all staff members! The room was nice and cool; nice bathroom and bed. Pretty yard! We liked eating at night outside under the pergola, food very tasty. In the morning we enjoyed the cappuccino and cornetto under the pergola. Being able to call the shuttle to come get us from the train station. If you have small children, there is a jumpy place for them across the street and if you like "padel/pickel ball there is a court across street, also. The owners, Andrea and Teresa were making sure all guest were taken care of!

September was a quiet time to visit, but some restaurants were already closed for the season. Plenty of great food available including breakfast at hotel. Their bistro closed first week of September and their beach site was not operating, but they offered umbrellas and chaise if we wanted. You can walk to anything and there is a gas station across the street with play area for kiddos.

The family management is exceptional. It seems to stay at home, facilities easy accessible and kids friendly. The curtesy is the owner and the staff is something unique and rare.

The room was already cool at arrival. You get the feeling all of the staff wants to make the stay as comfortable as possible. I did eat at the new bistro, where the food was great and affordable. Great place to relax on my trip

Breakfast was good but not at the level expected

Family room was great - two adjoining rooms with a bathroom. Air con. Windows with shutters Great cleaning staff - spotlessly clean Location. Next to restaurants, launderette and very close to lovely beach Pool 1 beautiful

Didn’t feel like a friendly welcome from the younger staff. Even the simplest of requests were difficult to communicate in English. The pool bar serving food stopped at 2pm, but without a sign, or letting us know. We missed food by a few minutes so just bought more drinks, but when we wanted to eat a pizza (from nearby restaurant) at the pool at 4pm, we were told we had to take it to our room to eat, as it was forbidden. Happy to obey the rule about food from your bar, but the closing time needs to be clearer.
