It had pretty much everything we needed for a single night's stay. Hosts were welcoming and flexible, their English skills were not the best suit, but they tried everything to communicate so well done on that really!

Parking isn't provided by the hotel, so be prepared to pay for that public parking space nearby or stroll around with the car to find something free. If I would want to criticise something, it's the throwback into the 90s-00s, which is screaming for a renovation, but to be honest it had all the facilities.

The hotel is nicely located nar the center of Asiago. the entrance is a bit weird as you have to enter through a lotto kiosk, and nobody seemed to be expecting me. The hosts only speak Italian and very little English. The room itself however was nicer than expected after this odd welcome, cool and clean.

The bathroom is a bit dark and the shower cabin was so small I had trouble lifting my arms. The breakfast was very plain and consisted mainly of packed biscotti, but also one fresh croissant. Right outside was no free parkign available, but I was pointed to one in short walking distance.

Excellent location, the staff was very helpful and kind.

The entrance from the tobacco shop could be a bit misleading.

The rooms & the hotel smell like swage or something. It was terrible. When we checked in all windows were opened so we didnt feel the smell… We went out for dinner and once we were back the reality hit! it was really terrible :( we counted hours to run away from there…

convenient location

1. Room was delayed and not ready until 1300 hrs. 2. Low or No Heating. 3. Beds were extremely uncomfortable. 4. We needed additional Blankets and Pillows due to the lack of Heating and uncomfortable pillows. 5. Crappy Shower, too small for Adults, with No Heating and Hot Water for 12 hrs per day. 6. Cheap unhealthy, over-priced Breakfast of Dried Crackers & Jam. 7. Rigid Manager, unable to provide compensation… 8. No itemised Billing. Just a huge Bill with no explanation. If you are looking for an over-priced Medieval, Cave-like Experience in the Mountains, a great choice… If you are looking for a Warm, Comfortable Hotel over the Winter, book elsewhere.
