A combination of several factors made our stay truly enjoyable: the cleanliness and functionality of the apartment, as well as the overall quality of the agriturismo premises. Roberta has done a remarkable job in creating this place. Her attention to detail is evident throughout. The grounds are beautifully maintained, spotless, and meet all modern standards. The swimming pool is excellent! Although we only stayed for two days, it was an absolute pleasure to be here.

The kitchen part was ok. We were hoping to get an airco but turned out to be a fan. That was no a problem. Windows open, cool breeze made is easy to sleep through the night.

A truly special place. This agriturismo is surrounded by wonderful fields within a small drive from the historic center of Assisi. The authentic and brilliantly renovated stone building is surrounded by a beautiful garden and a great swimming pool, in a secure and peaceful area. As the entire property, the room is tastefully decorated, cozy and comfortable. Really nice and spacious bathroom. The host, Roberta, offered us all the support even before our arrival, making us feel at home and most welcome. It was a lovely family stay!

Perfect location, very charming surroundings. Easy access to Assisi and Perugia. Very comfortable beds and small kitchen here we could make basic food. Wonderful hosts and welcomed atmosphere. In the small town nearby there are supermarket and amazing bakery. We enjoyed our stay a lot.

The most problematic place in many apartments, not only here is the shower. When using that intensively, and especially (in our case) when taking shower the water went outside of the shower cabin, which was a bit disturbing.

Location was quiet , staff were friendly and helpful , the studio was clean and comfortable . The pool area was lovely .

We had an issue with the electrics whilst using the hot plates. We explained to the staff so it can be fixed .

The house is really charming and its location is perfect for exploring Umbria. The hosts take care of every detail around the house and it was a pleasure to stay there.
