Absolutely fantastic hotel. The restaurant is 100% the food is amazing. We never eat in a hotel preferring to go out but we ate here each night of our stay. The staff are lovely, especially Andre who speaks perfect English, he's very helpful and has a great sense of humour. Breakfast is included.

Very minor detail. The breakfast. If like us, you are not at the table for when the breakfast commences at 0730, there is not much choice left. I prefere a savory breakfast ham cheese bread etc. Each morning we ate at 0830 and there was only 2 small pieces of bread available, no Ham and a few pieces of cheese. It seems once its gone its gone. Get down to eat early is my tip.

The Hotel is in a quiet area in Perugia. There is facility if you would like to go to the Centro storico. The Breakfast was good and abandon. If you want to dine at the Hotel it is possible as well.

The surrounding of the Hotel is Green yet not far away from the centre.

The staff was very kind. There are enough parking places around the hotel. There is a very interesting traditional ristorante close to the hotel. We felt save in this area.

The food options for breakfast were limited (tasty, but without fresh vegetables and fruit).

Good location for walking to centre, with parking. Roberto very helpful. Staff at breakfast were very helpful , we had a nice breakfast, staff made us a lovely coffee, hot milk for the children.

The breakfast was fine. Selection of pastries. One type of cheese and ham. Fruit juices not great. Small selection of cereals. Coffee from machine mot great but staff made guests a proper coffee if they requested

Shower unit in bedroom is tiny. Bathrooms in hotel were ok but could do with new showers.

Room was good but with a small/compact bathroom/shower but for two nights perfectly adequate. Breakfast was typical Italian continental: - cereal, breads and 4 different types of croissants (all but one not being sweet), fruit, cold meats and cheese, various sweet cakes etc, fruit juice, coffee, tea and milk. The hotel also has its own restaurant for dinner with a comprehensive menu including Antipasto, Premo, Secondo and Contorni, desert and coffee etc plus the obligatory local wine menu.

The Hotel location although advertised as only 1.5Km from the historic town centre - is not straight forward to find unless you are driving and have a good SatNav or arrive by train and get a taxi from the station which can be expensive. The other options are taking a bus and then walking which if you are not travelling light it can be awkward/cumbersome or taking the mini-metro to the historic town centre and then walking. The Hotel offers a regular shuttle service in the morning to the nearest bus stop as it is situated near the bottom of a hill but not to the historic town centre

Clean, friendly staff, excellent location if with a car including easy parking

Needs a few touches here and there eg noisy, clunky lifts

Able to check-in late night and check out early morning thanks to 24/7 reception. Rooms have beautiful panorama but also blackout blinds if you need to sleep in.

A little far out from the town center

Quiet (thanks to our neighbours next door) Breakfast was ok. The lady was attentive, the moment she saw me taking an orange ,she passed me a knife immediately ;-) Emanuele at reception gave good writing instructions how to get to hotel by foot (we came by train & bus & walk ;-).

To go to centre by foot around 15 mins - some good energy needed to walk up & down the hill but ok if one is fit or not tired or enjoys walking :-) Hotel seems a bit tired, it had its good days. Anyway it didnt bother us, just sleep & go.

Good value for money

restaurant closed when we arrived at 9.00 pm. Also booking.com says room service available but none was available
