The entire experience was beyond our wildest imagination. Absolutely awesome. The owner spoke fluent English and was very kind, helpful, and knew a LOT about the area ranging from history all the way to the restaurant recommendation :) The property itself was just stunning - the place was very tidy and neatly designed and the outdoors with the view on the entire valley - it was really hard to leave :) Booking does not have enough stars to adequately rate this stay of ours :)

We appreciate the warm welcome and hospitality both Francesca and Lamberto offered us during our vacation. Staying at their place was a wonderful experience. The premises are stylishly furnished, with comfortable beds and an excellent breakfast with homemade jams. The location is stunning. From all of us.

Francesca was an outstanding hostess, very friendly and made the experience personal for each guest. Breakfast was delicious with her homemade jams and exquisitely set table a lovely touch. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely return.

The location is in beautiful countryside and about 6 km away from Perugia. We throughly enjoyed our stay in a lovely room, great breakfast with the offer to use the private jacuzzi and warm, friendly and efficient advice to sightsee in Perugia. We highly recommend Francesca, her hospitality and the great place.
