Very friendly and helpful staff, great, quiet location, close to the centre (just 233 steps up the hill!), spacious room with comfortable bathroom, lovely view. Parking space available. WiFi available, bit temperamental but I think it was due to UJ crowd overload.
We stayed In extremely hot weather and it was bit warm, owner provided the fan which helped a lot, albeit air conditioning would have been 5*!

The hostesses were absolutely amazing giving us the best suggestions and helped us with a smile.
The room (in autumn) had a lot of humidity, maybe a dehumidifier would do the trick and make the stay much more pleasant!

Comfortable, accomodation, really close to the city center. Dont' expect anything super modern but everything works the right way and it's simple yet comfortable.
Quite noisy outside. I heard some generator all night but I'm a really light sleeper.

I liked the location (walking distance to the centre), the room itself - clean, comfy, with a nice view, calm neighbourhood. The host was very sweet and helpful. The perfect room for resting, relaxing, working. Highly recommend!

Very satisfied, me and my wife... The place of the hotel surrounded by the green area very close to the old town, the clean room, the free parking spot for my motorcycle and the politeness and eagerness of the lady owner, really gained us... Spot on...

First of all the staff and owners are amazing.. so kind a friendly … so helpful I forgot my shirt in the wardrobe… they sent it to me in a couple days … what more can I say ! Can’t wait to go again !!! And definitely quality price !!! Absolutely advice Frank Giacone

Excellent small, family run hotel. Very well located within the town center yet away from the hustle and bustle. Very friendly and helpful staff. A true pleasure to stay in. Highly recommended.

The receptionist guided me to the parking for the motorbike. It's private and secure and just about 50 meters from the hotel door. The room was as described. The shutters are great to keep the early morning sun out. There was ample wardrobe space and plenty of hangers. The hotel's on a quiet street only a few minutes walk to the Etruscan arch and main square.

Location for old town.
The hotel was a little difficult to find due to the one way system around the historic centre. Beware the last corner before the hotel, I scraped my camper van on a low wall there but it should be fine for a normal car. The owners and staff were really nice and it is a wonderful city to visit. No problem finding restaurants to eat in.
